Technician (Chris) was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. Would've given 5 stars, but there was one issue after he completed the repair and left. In order to fix the dryer, he had to move our washer. Once went to do a load of laundry, the laundry room, kitchen, dining room and hallway flooded due to the drain hose not being installed back in the drain. Not a huge deal, but it happened and it took us a few hours to clean it up. All that being said, we will definitely use them again despite the drain hose issue.

Central One was awesome! Chad was professional, honest and did exactly what he said he would. The price was fair, and he was upfront about what was included, and there were no hidden fees or pressure to get more than what I needed. I would absolutely use Central One again for any home appliance repair I might need.

They were wonderful. My freezer drawer was leaking. It had ruined a section of my hardwood floors. They came out the next day and took care of the repair. They came when they said they would, called first, and were very nice. The charge was reasonable. Highly recommend!

A/C broke down during some of the hottest time of the summer. These guys responded very quickly, explained in detail what the problem was and fixed it very quickly!! They were very professional and friendly! 5his is why I've used them repeatedly and will continue to call on them in the future!! Thank you again!!!

Matt and his associate did an amazing job! I was educated and my 3 appliances were maintenance all in about 30 minutes! It was super quick and super helpful! Would use them any day!

Central One is a good company to use for repairs. We needed two new Whirlpool appliances fixed (don’t get me started! Lol), and they were able to get a Tech out that afternoon. Chad was professional and respectful. He left the area tidy after he was done. I’d use Central One again in a heartbeat!

They showed up when scheduled.. diagnosed the problem and told me exactly what it would take to fix … and then had the issue fixed and the area cleaned up as well… very very happy and highly recommend

The technician is extremely professional, courteous, on time And knowledgeable.
I have used his company twice and both times they were the first to have technician at my location and that I appreciate words cannot explain. I think them they’re awesome.

Responded quickly to all calls and concerns. Took a couple of trips and multiple parts to fix the issue but was timely and done a good job. Would use again.

Total life savers, our dryer went out and after calling around to half a dozen businesses, they were the only ones able to come out same day! Chad was quick assess and resolve the issue. He was able to make the repair on the fly which gave us use of our dryer immediately rather than waiting for parts that were on back order. Would absolutely use them again!
