This company was right on time, communicated often and clearly, and fixed my dishwasher quickly. A chip from a plate was blocking the drain. Way less expensive than a new dishwasher. Would use again! Definitely recommend.

I have mixed feelings writing this review, but the company has sent me three emails asking to do so, so I will.
The person Jeremy, I believe, was very responsive and quick to schedule my service and call back. It was a pleasure talking with him. Thats where the two stars come from.
However, my technician came to check my dryer (issue was that it was not heating, but it would turn on) he said it was the computer chip that needed to be replaced. The total was about $450 with the service charge, labor, and parts. The technician came back the following week, replaced the part in about 5 minutes and left. When I returned home I discovered the dryer was not plugged back in, so it wasn't tested to see if the repair he did was successful. It was not successful. I called again and my repairman said "you need to have your outlet repaired, your apartment maintenance can do that". I called my apartment, they came out and looked and then my dryer was working.
My issues falls with that the first thing my technician did upon inspection was check the outlet with a multimeter, so I am assuming he knew from the beginning that was most likely the main issue. Instead of telling me upfront, which was a free fix, he said our computer chip needed to be replaced which was very expensive.
Of course, I don't know if thats the case, but I wish that had been communicated with me prior to the charge, I understand the service charge of $100, but the extra $350 seems to have been avoidable.

Technician was awesome however; when attempting to retrieve an invoice to present for an insurance claim… Representative Kevin was rude and was unable to fulfill request.
Bottom line; would never do business with this company again.
Additionally; they were unwilling to assist the insurance agency when contacted by them.

I highly recommend Central One. The technician (Matthew) called beforehand and arrived within the scheduled timeframe. He was both friendly and professional. After assessing the issues, Matthew advised it was necessary to order a part to repair my refrigerator. He then returned promptly on the date and time scheduled and installed the new part. I purposely waited approximately two weeks to submit a review. I am happy to report that I could not be more pleased! Thanks to Central One and Matthew, my refrigerator has continued to run and cool as well (or better) than it did when I initially purchased it several years ago. I could not be more pleased with the service and professionalism of Central One! I will definitely call them for any service/repair needs in the future!
