Wouldn’t recommend. Took multiple trips and constantly complaining to actually get the dishwasher fixed. Conveniently, they said the most expensive part was needing to be replaced. Replaced it and of course, it didn’t fix it. After multiple trips out, and me taking off work to be there, it was finally discovered it wasn’t the expensive motor after all but a $30 part that was easily fixable. I asked for a refund for the in correct part that was installed. I continue to get the run around and still haven’t received a refund. I’m currently disputing it with my credit card company. Professionalism 0/10.

The technician was on time, courteous, and professional. He said it was a 5-minute repair and it was. Price was fair.

My six-year-old Kenmore washing machine broke down. They came out and replaced the pump for $305, but it wouldn’t work after that. So he came back out and said it was the door latch and I paid another $165 for the part. When it still wouldn’t work, he took that part back and said I would be refunded and that they would contact me and make things right. He said it wouldn’t be worth doing anything else and I should just get a new washing machine. It’s most likely the circuit board according to the repair man. So was it ever the pump or is it just the circuit board? Now I’m using the laundromat because I don’t have the $470 I paid them to put towards a new washing machine. I have called but I haven’t received a call back and no refund on even the part he took back either.
