Absolute joke of a company. I have been dealing with them for 3 months now to have them fix damage done to my house that they are responsible for. They worked on the wrong air unit and caused it to leak thru 2 floors. Now I get nothing but empty promises to fix it and empty promises to call back. I have even asked for the owner but he is always “busy”. I will have no choice but to pursue legal options. I advise anyone to avoid them at all costs.

They were great to work with and amazingly fast at scheduling maintenance and a new system install.

Horrible experience. Gave me a bogus rate of 9200 just to replace the outside unit. Received a free estimate today from AC pros of Arkansas, they gave me several options and no quote was no where near 9200. I'd never recommend Epic mechanical to anyone. Not even my worse enemy. They haven't even submitted the report to the Warranty company yet. HORRIBLE AND OUTRAGEOUS EXPERIENCE

Update: let me add that the technician that was sent stated that the warranty company would not fully cover charges for parts and also stated that the warranty company would absolutely not pay for a new unit. Spoke with the warranty company and that information that was given by the technician was 100% false. He made me feel like I had no other choice. Pure manipulation. Now you can reply back with another slick remark but I simply won't entertain it. Especially when others are giving similar reviews to mine. What your technician thought was, that he could con a woman. Now good day and God bless. And your financing options where outrageous Especially since I got approved somewhere else. ✌🏽

I don’t normally post reviews as it’s my opinion and there are enough of those to go around, but I would like to share this warning if anyone who read this is in the market for a new H/VAC unit. DO NOT!! I repeat do not use Epic Mechanical Services of Sherwood Arkansas!! It was agreed when I scheduled the job that the installers would show up by 0830 am. They showed up at 1000 am! I called the office to address the issue and got lip service with absolutely no follow through!! The installation was supposed to take 8 hours it ended up taking 11 hours! The installers had to remove trim from the entrance to the attic and were in such a hurry to leave once complete they haphazardly put the trim back up. The trim is now damaged and the entrance to the attic look like a child tried to fix it back together!! While attempting to bring the heating unit up the stairs they struggled and had to sit it down while doing so they carved out a nice little scratch in the mantel!! The salesman (Zach) is not a reliable or trustworthy person I came to believe after him not following through on stuff he said would be done!! Overall deciding against my best judgment and my decision to not listen to the advise of those close to me on getting a second opinion I can honestly say I lost a few hours of sleep last night. Going with Epic Mechanical was one of the worst decisions I’ve made. I’m not expecting this not so shining review to accomplish anything as companies are not in the business of doing what’s right in the interest of those who hire and pay them but are only interested in their benefits!!! I definitely will never purchase anything from Epic Mechanical again!! I will hold them to the service agreement for the unit but that’s the extent of my dealings with them!!

James came out to do HVAC tune up and he was great!!!! Friendly, informative, and professional!!

James came by yesterday for a service call. Unfortunately, for us we needed a new unit as ours is old. He showed us pictures and explained in detail why. Today Joe and his helper came by to install the unit. They worked nonstop to get the unit installed and was very courteous and friendly. They loaded up the old unit and everything was spotless when they left. I would recommend Epic Mechanical Services to anyone if they need service or a new unit.

Steve from Epic Mechanical showed up to my house on a service call that I made through my insurance company and they assigned this company to do the work. My duct work was leaking somewhere under my home and I didn't have a clue where it was coming from. Steve went under my house through the crawl space after I opened it up for him and I went about what I was doing. I went out to check on him about 15 min later and Steve was packing up to leave. He said he would write up the report and send it in. After a few days I called the Epic Mechanical several times and left messages with no one returning my call at all. Then I finally got in touch with my insurance company and was notified the report stated that this was due an animal getting into and tearing up my duct work. This is considered secondary damage and would not cover it. They then informed me that Epic Mechanical would fix it for $1200 and that until I had this fixed my duct work will no longer be covered. After I received my last electric bill of over $500 I got in touch with a company that I had install my mini split AC system in my shop. They opened up my crawl space and within 20 minutes came and got me to show me where I was leaking air. It was on the opposite side of the house and was due to the ductwork being rusted trough and should have been covered. Do not use this company in my opinion I would not use this company for anything.
