My husband and I were very impressed with the experience and professionalism that Richard Hayne and his staff had everyday they were at our home. They were extremely polite and clean!!! They removed our old heat pump units and replaced them with the highest quality Amana units! They clean our air and adjust the humidity levels! We are so happy we used Epic Mechanical! They are wonderful people!

Had an issue with my air not working, home warranty sent them out . Clay was very knowledgeable and helpful and was able to get me back on track and now I can enjoy the cold air in my house again

Excellent experience with Epic Mechanical! The technicians that installed our HVAC were wonderful! They arrived on time and did the installation promptly and they were very friendly! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This company displays poor customer service. After reading previous reviews I thought I would still give them a shot understanding that most people are more prone to writing a bad review over a good one. But after first hand experience I highly suggest doing all you can NOT to work with them. They are very unorganized and did not ever show up during the appointment time. I called my homeowners warranty and informed them that this company needs to be removed from the list of service providers. The company called me after my scheduled time and when I begin to explain to them how I don't appreciate them wasting my time and how if I were late as the customer to the appointment they would not appreciate it and I prob would get a fee of some sort the gentleman hung up the phone in my face. These people are NOT professionals. take heed to the bad reviews... DO NOT USE THEM!!

Nathan and James with Epic came out to check on an issue we had with lack of air flow. We went ahead and upgraded to a new HVAC unit. They did a fantastic job and had our new heat and air installed in one day for a reasonable price.

The WORST business I’ve ever had dealings with. My appointment was set for last Friday scheduled from 12-4, in which, I took off work. The technician called at 11:55 am and ask who was my electric company and said they would call my electric company to turn off power. I’m under the impression that the service would be completed on this day. He didn’t show up and didn’t call back. I took this as a non commitment on their part and schedule with another company to do the service. Then on today they sent an email to say the technician was on his way, mind you, they didn’t speak to me directly to get an approval since they no show/called on Friday. I get home and the technician had broke my lock on my electrical box and performed the work without my consent. When I told to the office manager about the situation, she blame me for not calling them about the email they sent stating they where on their way to repair my electrical box. I ask them to put my original box back up and the technician took their box off and left my box on the ground with the wires hanging. The technician said he’s boss told him to leave it like that.

BE ADVISED!!!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO NOBODY!

James Bailey came out cleaned a pressure switch, got my furnace working in 30 minutes. Also corrected the way I mis-installed my Nest thermostat. Very polite and professional, came a day earlier than scheduled. AAA++++++

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Showed up on time. However, technician (Scuba Steve) literally jiggled wires and filled unit with the correct refrigerant. Unit is fairly old and would have assumed some small parts like the capacitors and contactor would be replaced. Nope, nothing, and left. Reported findings to home warranty which was no where near what I was told. Needless to say, a follow-up was needed. And by the same company and same tech (Scuba Steve) , nothing has changed. First call was end of March, second was within 2 weeks. The company stopped responding. And of course, AC still is not fixed. Having to use home warranty again and guess who they requested to come out?! I demanded the home warranty company pick a different one because I will not allow this company on my property. No integrity, no work ethic, and deceitful. I took off work both times and watched the tech the whole time. Next time, I'll be video recording everything.

(This is my review just Copied from my Warranty companies review) this had all been during the Quarantine as well.
They could have been responsive during normal business hours. They were extremely unethical, dishonest in their pricing and when I ask for the break down they refused to show me. She responded with “well I just told you what the breakdown was” or “if you had someone go out there then they should be able to tell you”. She sent some vague email that said “panel upgrade plus parts and labor” $1700 plus tax which was then $1800 and some. I have a young contract electrician friend who well before this happened told me I could get it all brand new for $12-1300.
Epic mechanical DID NOT PERFORM THE SERVICE! I didn’t trust that it was necessary to pay $1700 (out of pocket) for what the warranty company wouldn’t cover but found T****r Electric who completed THE ENTIRE job for $1200, all brand new plus some new pipping and what not. If I ever have electrical issues again I promise I will request anyone besides Epic Mechanical. Also while I spent an entire day frantic the get this EMERGENCY underway the man who is over putting together invoices “wasn’t in yet”. It was 1 o’clock in the afternoon. They were sent an emergency job and they did not treat it like one. At this point it had been 4 days during quarantine WITH NO POWER AND A 4 YEAR OLD.

I had a great experience using epic mechanical to replace my entire HVAC system. The price was very reasonable and the installers were professional. The follow up customer service has been amazing. Very friendly people to deal with!
