Epic Mechanical Service was contracted by First American to fix my attic fan. I always get nervous seeing negative reviews, but I had to remind myself that most people only leave reviews if they have negative experiences. The fan in my attic needed to be replaced. James was sent out to service this for me, he was on time, honest, and thorough in his assessment of the issue. He kept me in the loop about any parts that were being ordered and his office kept me updated on the timeline. We had issues getting a part but the office staff quickly updated me and had it ordered ASAP. James returned to my home within a week to finish the job. He was professional and courteous, I never felt uneasy with him in my home (I have felt uncomfortable before around different service people). Would definitely recommend him!

Steve was great. He called before he arrived to make sure I was home. He arrived within the time window scheduled. He explained his findings before repairing and explained what he repaired afterward. Would definitely recommend.

Customer service was top-notch! Haley was kind and patient. James, our technician was super nice, very professional and prompt. I was impressed with their communication.

Clay was almost tech he fast and cares about getting the customer satisfied.. one thing I didn’t like is the company is slow and not very concerned about the customer satisfaction.. I’ve been waiting on my part for almost 2 weeks since they canceled my appointment and I had to continually call when they should of been calling me.

The overhead light in my kitchen went out and James was sent out to fix it. James was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and did everything I needed in a very timely and efficient manner. Not to mention, he was just a very nice man with great people skills. 10/10 would recommend this technician to everyone!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
