My experience with the company was great! They contacted me to do a yearly maintenance( called and messaged me via text). I love that they could text me instead of only taking a phone call as my job is hard to step away from(I’m a teacher). The second and most impactful reason they get five stars is because of the technician -James Bailey. He went above and beyond in his service. He took the time to educate me on what he was doing and the why behind it which I appreciate so much as a fellow teacher. He could’ve done the bare minimum- came in checked, fixed what needed to be fixed and left. But he took the time out to explain- he also helped me with a completely unrelated issue outside while checking the HVAC system. Reiterating the review I left for the company’s website- people like James are few and far between especially nowadays. I really appreciate the experience I’ve had. The company is extremely blessed to have James on their team!

I waited two days for Epic to finally reach me only for them to tell me the appointment would be the next week. I called one other company and they had the probably fixed before noon on the same day.

I had a very old system that was not running properly and the duct work was in terrible shape. They showed up on time and explained what they were going to do. At the end of the inspection they explained all the issues and showed me pictures of the issues. Discussed many options in depth that was able to help me come to a decision about what path to take. Very kind and knowledgeable.

James arrived on time, and was very helpful and informative. … A job well done! (The a.c. in the house I just bought had too much Freon, as it ended up.)

Epic and their team truly went above and beyond to help me. They came and replaced my entire unit and helped me find financing when my home warranty would not cover everything. I will continue to use epic mechanical for any heat and air needs for my home.
