Service technician was on time, he was polite and professional. My outside porch light had been blinking to the point I thought I would come home one evening and have to approach my front door in the dark because it would be out. In my neighborhood, that wasn’t going to be acceptable for me. The technician took the light apart and checked the sensor. A wire and screw had come loose. He fixed it for a very fair price and I am satisfied. I will be using them again.
The technician who came to my business - Jordan - did an outstanding job all around. First off, he called me about 40 minutes prior to his arrival, which is sadly unheard of nowadays so KUDOS!! Second, he displayed excellent knowledge of the services the company provides and did so with excellent charisma and a "yes sir/no sir"-level of respect. My overall experience with this company: timely, respectful, quality service, personable.
We’re a first time customer and we are so pleased! We signed up for the Advantage Club to have bi-annual maintenance done for the HVAC units on the home we just purchased. The technician, Doug, was wonderful and professional. We’re new to LR and very happy to find a company with great service. Plus, Doug was very mindful of the COVID pandemic, wore a mask, elbow bumped instead of handshake and checked with us to be sure we felt comfortable. Units are cleaned and working better and we’re 100% satisfied.

My tenant's AC froze on a Friday. I called, we weren't able to set up a same-day visit (not due to unavailability on their part), so we set up an overtime visit for Saturday.
The tech went that afternoon and recommended we top off 2-3 lbs of a ~6 lb capacity. I asked if it was leaking, he said probably a slow leak. I asked how long/how much it would be to fix the leak. He said that 90% of these cases would be replacing the coils which, for our unit, he recommended replacing the unit. However, he actually recommended we just top off the coolant for now which should get us through the rest of this year and deal with the unit later as needed.
I really appreciated him making an honest recommendation instead of trying to sell me a new unit. $281 for an emergency visit and fix ($98 for visit + fix + tax). Not bad. I will use them again in the future.
We called Advantage on Memorial Day weekend to get air to our 91 year old mom. They called us back immediately and was on their way to her house within a half hour. While there they were careful to practice social distancing and wear a mask. She had to have a new compressor . We thought the price was excellent especially on a holiday weekend and 30 min out of town. Technician was extremely professional and nice!
Ryan came out on time extremely professional and very knowledgeable about my issue and the fact that I needed to have a service contract on my units. (Which I bought) He then spent an extended period of time trying to get unit to recreate the same heating problem for him to diagnose issue. Unfortunately, the unit did not demonstrate the problem again but I have no doubt that he will be able to fix when the problem does come back. Ryan was very informative on all the other services that advantage provides which made me realize I wish had called three weeks ago with an electrical issue I was having. But I’ll know next time who to call. Can’t speak highly enough of Ryan and advantage but will certainly call them back, as well as recommend to anyone I come across needing a repair. Thanks again
I needed a new light fixture installed in the kitchen and a new light switch. The gentleman was professional and handled the work in a timely manner. He wore a mask and honored social distancing. He called me over to make sure the fixture was low enough. I have used Advantage for heat and air as well as plumbing. It has always been a job well done. I highly recommend their work.

They called back and told me how much after hours and I was willing to pay Travis came right out and fixed the broken capacitor and some Freon. He was very very nice and very informative. The most fair pricing and the most knowledgeable person!! Thank you so much again for coming out so late and putting up with me asking questions! I look forward to doing more business with you all and will request Travis whenever I can!
Isaac and his partner were right on time, explained everything they would be doing with the install of a gas line to our chimney line. Was told it would be an all day job, but they were done by 2. We appreciate the job well done!
