Very average. Technician was good, but customer service from office not so much. 12pm is not first thing in the morning.

Buyer beware. Called Friday evening because Air was not cooling to the temperature that was set. This was not an emergency, but the employe stated there would be an overtime charge. I told her that it was not an emergency, and it probably needed some freon and they could come on Saturday since it was late. They finally called back later friday evening and told me they would come sometime Saturday before noon. I said that was fine. Therre was no mention of overtime for coming on Saturday.
The technician was professional and courteous. When he told me the charge I was shocked, it needed a lttle over a pound of freon. There was a $99.00 charge for an overtime call on Saturday. They arrived before 11 a.m. I was told that anytime after 5 p.m. Monday-Friday and Saturday's were considered overtime. Very disappointed with the charge and non willingness to work with me on the price. I will not be contacting this company again.

Very positive experience. We have had these guys fix our refrigeration units and AC. They have been very professional. We would recommend Adavantage Service to anyone who needs this type service.

Excellent service performed quickly and professionally. Technicians are extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain and answer all questions. We’ve used Advantage for heat/air, plumbing and now electrical service. We rate them excellent.

There has to be a more professional plumbing service than this. Customer satisfaction is a thing of the past and that’s just sad. Called to get an estimate to run a gas line. Was told someone would call the next day to set up a visit. Didn’t get a call until 2:00 and they said someone was on the way. Sorry? Didn’t realize I was supposed to not work and wait around for that visit. Was told they could go do another job and then swing back to my house after, this gave me time to get home so it worked out. At 4:00 I called and inquired when the tech would arrive and they had no idea. At 4:45 they called and said he couldn’t make it and they needed to reschedule for the next day. Ok, can you give me a time? Nope just sit around again and wait for us to call you... umm sorry I’ll go elswwhere

Our air conditioning went out during a heat advisory. They came out and diagnosed and fixed the problem in about an hour. I was very pleased and the price was very reasonable. I will use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Had a brand new AC unit installed Wednesday & I’m so thankful for cool air! Other than grease hand prints left on my wall & some hiccups with the installation to where they had to come back out due to it not being correct the first time, they were great.

What a joke of a business !!
Called for a refrigerator repair they told me they couldn’t get to me For two days which fell on a Wednesday.
when I asked the lady what time they would get their she said she don’t know ,,,so I had to wait all day for them !
Then win the end of the day rolls around they called me to say they can’t make it ,,and if I needed them to come today there would be a over time charge !!!
Who runs a business like this ?

The team at Advantage was called out to inspect a possible issue. They not only found the problem but found another potential costly issue. Had they not done a full inspection, I could have spending way more money replacing a unit very soon. They were also on time and charged me exactly what they had said, no hidden fees.

Came the same day. Excellent work and very reasonable rate. The technician was friendly and professional. Will definitely call again.
