I am very pleased with the electrical work provided by Advantage. I’m the type of customer who watches every step workers take at my house and I ask a million questions as they go about their work. Aaron was very thorough and efficient. He was here when he said he would be and his work was most timely. He also did a good job of cleaning up once the job was done. Please convey my thanks to him. The use of the window unit helped us last night. The guys showed up at 8:00 and were done in 4 hours. The house is quickly cooling. We just bought our first home when we moved to Little Rock and needed repairs for things the previous owners didn't take care of. Even with the issues due to the pandemic, their staff were excellent and I felt like they are worth the money for the peace of mind. They fixed problems that were not up to code and let us know about additional problems they found. Highly recommend them.

Very pleasant initially with tech associate when he came for initial assessment, Eric, knowledgeable, pleasant but didn't mind talking of topics other than my AC work to be done. Appointment was made with Ron, their AC salesman, again very pleasant and knowledgeable.

The technician was very courteous and performed his work in a skillful manner, and at times explained to me just what he was doing. He impressed me with all the testing that he skillfully performed. I sincerely recommend Advantage Service Co. if you're looking for good service.

I keep coming back so I can't be disappointed. I had 4 service calls in 2015 so far and 4 last year - those were for plumbing and AC work but I have also used them for heating and appliance repair. I started using them 1999 I think.

Service is usually same-day and they stand by it. If I have an issue or question, it gets covered or revisited.

Everyone that has been out was friendly and I was comfortable with them.

The repair was to electrical connections outside the home which were destroyed by a falling tree. Excellent service with an experienced, conscientious technician who communicated all information regarding the repair process. The technician even followed up next day to ensure all repairs would pass city inspection, which they did!
