    Very impressed with Tyler who serviced our units and fixed a lot of issues. Brandon quoted a new unit for us extremely quickly. They were both super pleasant. I also really enjoyed my interactions with the office - Monica was so helpful!

    Simple service request made on a Friday. Needed condenser fan motor and fan. Here’s how it went- I call and the receptionist does the usual script of what’s your name, address, etc... I jump in and relay my problem to person. Says I will need to speak with Tech.
    Next, comes the ol how ya plan on paying for it? Credit card, cash? I reply that I would make that decision upon the servicing and repair. Well, the person said, it’s a 95.00 fee just to come out. I said great when can u book me? It will be Monday “sometime”.
    Remember, this is Friday, my air is out and it’s 90 degrees outside and very very humid. Nevertheless, I say fine Monday is fine.
    I speak with tech man after person gives me the number. I explain the issue, send pictures and make it crystal clear what is needed.
    Person says okay it will be Monday sometime. I’m thinking dud this person just listen in on the first conversation !
    Monday rolls around. About 10:00 I decide to contact the Advantage Co. to see what sometime Monday is shaping up to be. Person says I will have Tech call you before he comes your way.
    Great !!! Yippee!! So I make a call to a friend that connects me with a friend.
    3 hours later I have bought a condenser fan motor, fan blade assembly and installed myself.
    Phone rings an hour later from Advantage. It goes like this... Sir this is so and so your technician and I have a few questions to ask before I come out to save the day ( j/k) - “ they make about 20 motors for your unit and ...
    I thought what in tarnation is wrong with these folks and ended the call by informing the tech person that not to worry I had repaired it myself. Person said, O well okay goodbye.
    I would say beyond a shadow of a doubt that I am the one that had the Advantage, not Advantage. My cost parts and labor 132.00.
    They were going to charge 95.00 ( service call) to show up at my house four days later to tell me I needed a motor and a fan. The motor would have been 150.00 the fan assembly 130.00 and 2 hours labor at 75.00 an hour.
    Or 545.00 plus tax.
    Thanks Advantage for being so slow and do disorganized that you saved me 300.00 plus !!
    And, they didn’t even get the chance to try to pull the “ it’s time for a new unit” game either 😁

    The staff at Advantage Service Company is OUTSTANDING!! Folks like Tommy, Brad, Trini and others at Advantage have decades of experience and it really makes a difference. I'm using Advantage for my house remodel so it's super convenient that I can cover all my electrical, plumbing and heating & air with one company.     Everything about this experience was awesome. Beat quote from other large local plumbing company, did it a week faster than other company, actually talked me out of a more expensive option I was considering, did it a week sooner than the other company said they could. Wore masks the whole time, without me having to ask. Will use for everything going forward for our house and my businesses.

    Called Friday for service was told they would be at my house on Monday. No time was given just said Monday. Called Monday morning to see if I get a time frame. I was told that I had not been assigned to anyone and they would call when someone was o the way. Got a call around 130 saying someone was on the way. The tech shows up does not even look at the problem just start cutting lines on the air unit. The tech spent five minutes and said cant fix the unit today. He comes back with it will take a minimum of four hour at 120 an hour. Don't know when we can come back. I was charged 90 for nothing. Still have the leak and no a new company is coming out.

    Advantage spent 2 days reworking my home electrical and installing lights. Their technician was awesome, took on several add on's without a gripe and worked hard to meet our deadlines. We are very satisfied with the work and price.

    Gotta say these guys came out to replace my a.c. and knocked it out without any issues. Came out at my confidence for the quote and came for the install within days of setting it up. Made sure 2nd to leave any mess behind as well. Very satisfied with the work and I usually always have a complaint about others working on our home. Great job and will definitely use their services in the future.

    Advantage Service Company certainly came to our rescue!! Our hot water heater failed and Advantage had a new one installed the same day! They helped turn what could have been a bad experience into something positive! I highly recommend them!

    Our air conditioning broke on a Saturday which was also a holiday weekend. The company that our home warranty would dispatch would not be out until Tuesday. Advantage Service arrived within 2 hours of being called and had the issue fixed with 15 minutes.

    What a great team of people! I worked with Ron and Matt specifically. Both were professional, helpful, and they wore a mask around me and my 9 month old . I felt like we got a great price for what they did. Thanks for all the hard work, you guys!
