I had Advantage Service Company install new outdoor electrical outlets, and they did a phenomenal job! They had an electrician out the next business day, were extremely professional, and the outlets themselves turned out great. The installation was high quality, and the outlets themselves look fantastic. Very impressed, and will definitely use them for any work going forward!
After being without air conditioning for 1 day, they came out the very next morning. Travis, our service technician, arrived at the time he stated. He diagnosed our problem in less than 5 minutes and had us back up and cooling down the house within a half an hour. He was extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, answered my questions and didn’t try to sell me anything! We did discuss a yearly service plan and he gave me details regarding that. My husband and I highly recommend Advantage Service Company!
The repair was somewhat of a diaster. Tech had to show up three consecutive days, exchanged several parts as he could not pin- point the problem. Got the system running but installed exposed wire on metal parts that started causing electrical shocks and sparks. We have it on Video. Emergency tech that got called on this then told us the compressor is done and we need a whole new system. He in turn left the unit with the cover screws off. Your crew is badly trained and seemingly under a lot of pressure to make the company money as they get increasingly distressed at me not wanting to sign a service contract with the repair. Called a different company that got the system running fine, and fixed the hazardous electrical design. I still do not have the second bill I paid for in writing. As no one seems to care at supervisor level, next move is BBB. I’m truly horrified and out of almost $1000 for a system that was “ fixed” posing a fire hazard.
Ted was the service person. I think Ted did a good -excellent job in 100 degree temperatures. I don’t know if charges were fair or not because I’ve not had enough HVAC services to compare. However, our units are blowing cold air and the one doesn’t rattle anymore. I expect Advantage to service and maintain our units again next year.
Serviceman called to give 30 minute notice and tell me what time he would arrive. He arrived on time and found the problem. He repaired a leaking cracked pipe to HVAC caused by cold weather. Also explained what had happened to cause leak and told me about pipe wrapping services available with Advantage before the next winter season. Excellent service. I will definitely use Advantage HVAC services again. Amount charged was very reasonable and lower than expected. Overall A+ experience.
Our heating system went out on a bitterly cold night in December. We live 48 miles from the Advantage Service Company business, but two technicians drove here quickly to make sure our heating was restored. I am extremely grateful and very impressed by their response to our need. They are always courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company to everyone.
They always call ahead of time so I can bring my dogs inside if needed. Explained what was going to be done and what to expect. He found two switches that were burning out due to the age of the units and recommended they be replaced before the hot months. He showed me so I could inspect myself and had them replaced on the spot. Very courteous and easy to understand. Renewed my yearly contract with them for at least the 15th straight year!!

I contacted Advantage Service Department when I could not turn off my outside water valve. They sent Jerry from the plumbing department. Jerry was very personable and knowledgeable. He had the problem corrected within minutes! I highly recommend Jerry and the Advantage team, they were amazing!!!
I have used Advantage Service Company for the past 18 years to take care of my HVAC ,Electrical and Plumbing and have never had a bad experience. Yesterday One of my water lines froze and busted and as always they responded quickly and efficiently with the same professionalism ,courtesy and competence as always. Jason repaired the pipe and had my water back on in record time. He had to park at the bottom of a steep hill and walk to my house carry his tools in the snow and ice. I truly appreciate that kind of effort. Thanks Advantage for saving the day.
