    Great service! My unit would not come on so I called, the lady said she wouldn't be able to get someone out the next day. We hang up and 15 minutes later they called back to say they were on the way. I had got a quote from another company that told me I needed to replace a part. Their (advantage) guy came came flipped a switch and voila. Save me Hella cash! Thanks guys!!

    These folks don't care at all if they fix the problem. Many times we have used them and many times they fail to fix the problem. They never fail to overcharge us for the useless trips they make.

    My parents recently had water pipes replaced in their home. We received two quotes and Advantage came in half the price for the same work. They also finished the job in half the time the other company quoted. We received great customer service from the first call made to after the job was completed. Jeff and the guys with him were great to work with. Everyone was very friendly and went above and beyond my expectations. They even returned to handle a couple of repairable leaks that popped up with no hesitation. Great customer service! I would definitely recommend Advantage to anyone. Thanks guys!

    We have had work done by Advantage several times now & have been extremely satisfied with the jobs they completed for us. I think my favorite thing about this company is they seem to hire great service techs. Every one of them has been friendly, courteous & knowledgeable. I got “Ma’am- ed” to death. The office staff is great too. They have been very prompt in answering my calls & scheduling appointments. They will always be my go-to company!

    Service was as quick as possible due to parts availability ( very old unit). Service was great. It took 3 service trips. The first trip was on a Sunday after hours to diagnose part had to be acquired from an electrical supply house which was done on Monday morning then the unit experienced some more parts failures the following day and they came out and repaired those failed the items. Unit is running fine now will be seeking a replacement from the same company. I've already talked with the representative about such.

    Currently using a home warranty service with another company...Mistake number one. Our A/C went out last night and we have the other company scheduled to come out and take a look. After three straight summers of quick fixes I presume it’s time to look at a new system. After seeing the not so favorable reviews of the service company that our warranty service uses, i decided to schedule a second opinion from Advantage since we had used them for service before in the past. They were honest and prudent when they came out last time. I received a call first thing in the morning from Jenny at Advantage. I explained the current situation with the warranty company and the other service company. Not only was she extremely friendly and shared in a few friendly jabs at the warranty company with me and she recommended that I wait to hear what the other company says and what they recommend first before getting an opinion from Advantage. Considering our house is currently 82 and we are miserable it was a breath of fresh air to not be pressured into immediately engaging in their services. Being in sales and service myself, I appreciate not being taken advantage of in time of desperation by the first point of contact. If my prediction of how the other company and warranty service goes is right, i will be calling them back to schedule service and or replacement. Great start to a potential transaction!

    I recommend Advantage Service Company to central Arkansas.
    Very pleased with Advantage! Didn’t particularly like an arrogant employee that helped install the a/c unit, but other than him the rest of the guys were respectful and professional. Maybe T was having a bad day. Danny was very helpful and respectful. As was I think his name was Brad.
    Each year I receive a call to make an appointment for a yearly service and inspection of my a/c unit that Advantage Service Company sold me and installed for me. I like that they call me bc I probably would forget. The Advantage employees that come for the service and inspection each year are lovely people. They let me know when they are headed my way so I know to expect them.
    Overall I have been extremely happy with Advantage Service Company, and I definitely recommend Advantage Service Company to anyone that is looking to service their a/c unit or wanting to buy.

    The company was excellent. Exceeded our expectations. We have an older home that needed a lot of electrical work and also need ceiling fans installed and new appliances. Our electrician was awesome. Hard working, great work quality, very professional! We have recently had our second child and feel so much safer now things have been fixed.

    I am so disappointed that this company failed to properly diagnose my air conditioner unit to determine why the furnace would continue to run and blow warm air while the outside unit was off. The temperature on the thermostat would read 71 degrees but temperature in the house would be 77 degrees. After four service calls and paying about $430 for a new thermostat and motor starter, the problem still was not resolved. My husband called someone else that came out and quickly discovered the issue. He has the part on order and was able to do a work around to ensure that we would have cool air until he is able to correct the problem.

    Relocated and reconnected our back flow device for our irrigation system that was backed over by a vehicle. Prompt trip for the quote. Worked us into the schedule the next week. Lawn irrigation system up and running the next week. Backflow device now out of the way in a better location. Price for the job was very reasonable. Good guys on the job. Great work.
