Chuck promptly diagnosed the problem and went to Little Rock to get a new blower motor. He returned quickly and fixed it and got our system back up and running. He's a good man.

I had an emergency when my water heater rusted out and leaked everywhere. I couldn't find anyone available for several days. Called Advantage and in less the 24 hours they came out removed the old and installed the new. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled away all the waste.

They came within an hour of my phone call (in the poring rain)! The technician was nice, knowledgeable, and fast. Such a great service experience. Thank you Advantage!

Good company. No issues. I have used them for the following:
1. Heating Install New Unit
2. Repair Duct Line to one room
3. Repair Heating - Manufacturer Design issue
4. Annual Service - Maintenance

First set of plumbers showed up without any PPE gear on and were “good ole boys”. Asked me to have siding removed so they could cut through external wall. After I removed siding Advantage sent second set of plumbers. The second set of guys looked more professional and put on gloves before we answered the door.
