First time using Dash and Techs were super!! Arrived on time, very friendly and respectful. Was thorough when explaining what needed to be done and gave me options as well as a breakdown of costs to repair before starting any work. Great experience and will be using again.

Unfortunately I’ve changed my opinion of this co. Over the Christmas freeze my unit quite. It was diagnosed as a bad fan motor. I had to wait 4 days for the motor which was ok since it was Christmas but I was quoted one price and after the installation (that only took about 20 min) they charged $767.00 for a motor that cost less than $150.00. Big ripoff.I canceled my maintenance contract.

The technician showed up in a decent amount of time but took an hour to diagnose the problem and then informed me he didn't have the parts to fix the problem on his van so I would have to wait till Monday. Then charged me 140.00 dollars to be here and didn't even bother to put the unit back together before he left. Never will use this company again!!!!

Our AC quit blowing cold air…I called at 8am on a Sunday morning, Cato was here by 11, and the problem was identified and fixed before noon. Cato is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and our house is cool again. 10/10 recommend.

The technician came out to perform yearly springtime maintenance on my A/C/system. It so happened that the day or two before my appointment, the indoor unit starting leaking water. It turned out to be a clogged drain line, which was addressed as part of the regular maintenance. In addition to unclogging the drain line, technician, Nathan, also thoroughly cleaned the outdoor unit, added coolant, and got everything to where it would be functioning at high level. Nathan was very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and shared some tips to make sure we would be getting maximum performance from our system.
