We needed to see if our unit was leaking freon as my husband has been smelling an exhaust type odor.
We called at noon and Gabriel was here by 3:30 pm.
Sadly for us, the unit was not the source of the odor. However, Gabriel gave us a few options to think about what could be causing the odor and cause of his headaches.
If and when we need service, this is the place I'll call. 🤗
Just a side note 15 minutes after he left, he called me to share another thing that could have been causing the smell. Now that is service!!!

Excellent, thorough service, and quick response time, even though I’m sure this is a very busy time of year (July). Technician (Cato) did a great job of explaining the issue, and was clear on what we were being charged for. He also did a great job of explaining the benefits of 247 Club membership without being pushy, which I really appreciated. Will definitely plan on using Dash in the future!
