DASH Heating & Cooling

We needed to see if our unit was leaking freon as my husband has been smelling an exhaust type odor.
We called at noon and Gabriel was here by 3:30 pm.
Sadly for us, the unit was not the source of the odor. However, Gabriel gave us a few options to think about what could be causing the odor and cause of his headaches.
If and when we need service, this is the place I'll call. 🤗
Just a side note 15 minutes after he left, he called me to share another thing that could have been causing the smell. Now that is service!!!

As always, the technician was respectful and efficient. He was new to our house but that made no difference. Thank you.

These guys were great. On the coldest and busiest heat repair day of the year, they were able to get me back up and running quickly. Absolutely will use again.

Service Tech, Justin, was great. Was timely, respectful in wearing foot covers, gave helpful recommendation for filters, and very pleasant person to interact with.

Justin was very professional and polite. He delivered our (not unexpected) bad news with grace and got us promptly scheduled to meet with someone the next day to discuss replacement options for our ancient, rusted out furnace.

We have used Dash for a number of years now and they have always been easy to work with. They have competitive prices and the technicians are helpful and professional. They replaced my entire AC and heating system.

They did a really good job! But did not tell me about the extra cost that was not included in the installation!

Excellent, thorough service, and quick response time, even though I’m sure this is a very busy time of year (July). Technician (Cato) did a great job of explaining the issue, and was clear on what we were being charged for. He also did a great job of explaining the benefits of 247 Club membership without being pushy, which I really appreciated. Will definitely plan on using Dash in the future!
