We needed a furnace diagnosis done on short notice and Dash was on the job! They did an excellent job scheduling us on short notice. They were able to send someone the next day. Robert Cato was the technician they sent and he was very friendly, professional and responsive. He gave us piece of mind and even showed us how we could maintain our unit. All in all it was a great experience.

I moved to Arkansas and purchased a home last October and I had only recently started using the A/C. I opened a closet and found bad damage from moisture, that was being caused by the AC. I called my home insurance and they said they don’t cover HVAC. I called all around trying to get someone here. It’s been very hot out and I’d already been melting through the weekend. I called DASH on Monday. They said hopefully by Wednesday or Thursday they could get someone out, that there are no appointments. I called a few other places as well. Today I called DASH and they said I’m still on the list but the list was getting longer, due to other people being “priority”. Well after 5 days of sitting in a house that was 90°, my head about imploded.. The lady on the phone explained if I paid the monthly maintenance plan , I could be out in priority and since it’s been hot, the people who already had the plan- take priority over me. I asked why I wasn’t offered this. It was devastating to find out I could have been helped sooner, since this had really been effecting me, my family, animals, friends and the people that come to my home for meetings. We even went out and had to purchase a window unit for our meeting room to make sure people weren’t completely miserable.

So I sign up for the plan, and I get a phone call a couple hours later. They said they were on their way if I’m available. I said YES. they came over and went up onto My attic (aka Hell) to check it out. Freon. It was out. I’d never owned a HVAC unit, I’ve always had split units and Mini splits and never had a issue like this. He said when it’s that low, the water freezes and then melts. I think I have to replace all the drywall in the closet. That’s fine. I’m glad I don’t have to replace the whole unit.

The two men who came were very friendly and I felt completely comfortable around them. I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the lack in communication during the first 3.5 days of waiting and not being suggested to go on this plan. I will happily pay a monthly fee to have both of my units served twice a year. Thanks Dash. I truly appreciate it and I know if there is an issue that you will be there for me, now that I’m “in”.

HVAC systems crash as the most inopportune time and my story was no different. I called Dash and they were able to have someone come out in the morning. Perfect. Our technician was friendly, helpful and educational. Justin took extra time to ensure that both my spouse and I understood and the new system. I appreciated his candor. He’s a solid technician.

I’ve used them since I moved in my house and have nothing but good to say about them. Low monthly payment less than $20 gets me free service to both air conditioning and heater along with lower pricing on parts if ever needed which has been rare. They employ ex law enforcement and military which makes me feel better knowing they are crawling around my house. Send u a pic b4 they get here so u know what they look like & their name. Awesome & honest business. Love these guys.

I called about a clogged drain pipe that was causing a leak in my ceiling. They were at my door within 45 minutes of my first call to them. The technician (Cato was his name I believe) was very professional and answered all my questions. I could not have asked for better or more timely service, especially in the middle of a heat wave. Highly recommend!

David, the service tech, was prompt, professional and courteous and, after he diagnosed my problem, let me know my options, got to work and fixed the issue. A HUGE plus was that Dash still has R22, so one of my options was available to tide me over till I get a new unit! Thanks David and Dash for the outstanding service!!! Highly recommend!!
