Britt Sterling was my technician. He did a great job!! Very nice man. We had a complex mystery problem but he solved it quickly and our AC was up and running within about an hour. Very happy.
ADDENDUM: my condensation line was still a bit clogged, so Dash sent Cato & Sean to help. They fixed it quickly...no extra charge to me. THIS IS FANTASTIC SERVICE! Nice guys too.

So helpful! I got a call reminding me of my appointment (that I completely forgot), and they were still so nice and understanding and able to fit me in the same day. The technician, Sean, was very kind and explained every step he was taking and why he was doing it. His communication and professionalism really made me confident and trustworthy of the care he took on our system. Highly recommend!

I pay for membership. They came in December 19 for annual maintenance. A few days later the system wouldn’t come on. They promptly sent someone over that night and he discovered the door to unit had not been closed causing the switch to turn off. I was charged $98 for the “repair” call. Always have nice guys but I don’t think I should have been charged when the door wasn’t closed properly during the annual check up.

Otherwise great response time.

Our AC stopped blowing cool air today and our house quickly hit 85+ inside. I called Dash around 7:00, Elizabeth helpfully set us up with a tech, and Michael showed up within 30 minutes, if not sooner. Michael was quick, efficient, and explained different options for us to pursue in light of a leak somewhere in our system. The best part was each option gave us a cool home for the evening. I highly recommend, especially for after hour expediency.

Great customer service from the offense and technician. Explain issue in detail and was able to diagnose a problem that two other companies had no idea. Company does not try to get over on you and have you paying for issues that do not exist. Very affordable yearly service plan with great benefits. Anna in the office has great customer service and very helpful. Always answer the phone pleasantly and ask how can she delight you. Justin was my technician andhe was very helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. After on service I started a membership with company on spot.

Overall this was a very pleasant experience. The salesman and technicians were professional and a joy to work with. There were last minute changes that needed to be made and the salesman was quick to work up a new quote and found several rebates for us to help on the cost. The technicians were on time, were very personable, and were very attentive to our requests. For example, the initial way that some pipe was run worked perfectly well, but was not convenient for how we needed to use the space. We discussed this with the technicians, and even though this caused extra work for them, they reworked the pipes to accommodate us and did so with a very gracious attitude. I would highly recommend Dash.

If I could rate a negative I would. This company is unethical with their services, communication and estimates. The estimates and misinformation they shared was to literally take advantage of customers. The service fee was a joke. They charged me what I told was the problem and then of course they "recommend" to replace the unit because "it is old" It is working fine and can be fixed. I trusted my gut and ended my membership and reached to a local company and they came out can gave a completely difference assessment and they served and FIXED the unit for less than $300. The estimates they provided were in the thousands. PLEASE do not fall victim to their sales pitch or inflated estimates. I highly recommend do your research before trusting them or give in to their advertisements that MAKE you feel you can trust them. Your long response is clear that you had to explain that your company is unethical...even the company we used CONFIRMED IT and said we are OFTEN are called after your assessment and estimates. So glad we went with our gut. All your service tech and front line reps could not get their stories straight.

We had a great experience. Everyone from the initial call to the sales to the HVAC technicians were absolutely top notch. We had a snag in our installation and they quickly found a solution and completed the install the correct way. This is a great company. I would recommend them to anyone.
