CHARGED DOUBLE the QUOTE I have no problem with the work that the technician done he was very professional. He diagnosed the problem and told me he would give me an estimate to do the repairs, which turned out to be too much money to be putting into this old unit. That’s not the problem that I have, the problem that I have is that I was quoted a price for the diagnosis at $78,I believe. When he arrived immediately he told me because it was a business that it would be $110 an hour with a one hour minimum. I said you’re already here let’s go ahead and do the diagnosis, but that was not what I was told over the phone. The unit in the building is a residential unit no different than you would find at any home, it is not some big commercial unit that would be harder to work on, so I’m not sure why the price increases more then what I was quoted. Then at the end of the job he told me that I owed him $193.82, I said I thought it was $110 for an hour. He told me he had been there for two hours and I said no, you have not. You called me at 2:29 PM and told me you were on site We walked in the building at 2:35 PM I looked at my clock because you just told me I was paying by the hour and you walked out of the building at 3:35 PM to write the estimate. And I was informed that I was paying for the time from when he was dispatched to do the call and apparently I was also being charged for writing an estimate and just add on an extra 15 Or 20 minutes For good measure I paid more than double what I was quoted. It just doesn’t seem right to me. I have a receipt I got yesterday when I paid with my business card of Debbie’s Wagging Tails on 12/30/22

Repairman was very professional and polite even though he couldn't fix our issue. Service fee is a little pricey. Office staff are very easy to work with.

We have been using Dash for a few years... they are always on time and send a text with a photo of the service guy when they are on the way. We have been very happy with the new hvac and the seasonal service

It's December 23 and the outside temp here in Little Rock is 9. That too cold for us. But believe it or not, Dash was out to fix our heat within an hour of us calling. I was shocked. Michael Ruby, the technician was great. He was polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within 40 minutes. They have earned our business for life! Thanks Mike and Dash. Service call cost $287. $50 was for the capacitor. It Would have cost an extra $500 to tell me if there was a leak…. Unit is still not cooling after buying a new capacitor. Wasted money. I would have expected at least some added coolant for that price.
