We’ve used Bert Black to service our HVAC system for several years and recently they replaced our old units. Bert Black as company communicates well, works efficiently and their employees are always courteous. They also have gone above and beyond normal service. We had an issue with the copper tubing having been run across a walkway in our attic by the original HVAC company who did the initial install. The guys at Bert Black corrected this issue and another issue where the original company had cut corners. I feel more confident in using Bert Black now than ever before. I never felt like I was being high pressured to spend more on extra things. They saw a couple problems and fixed them. I felt like they were making things “right”.

Called Bert Black who has been my "go to" for home repairs for some years. This time, it was to have a garbage disposal replaced. Appointment was scheduled within 3 days. They send a picture of the service technician before arrival time which is very assuring. Job was done, space left clean and had operational disposal within a couple of hours.

We've had Bert Black come out several times since we bought our house in 2018 and was always happy with the techs that came out, but recently they just don't return our calls.

We, along with everyone else, had frozen pipes around Christmas 2022. We called them to see when they could come out. They did say it was a pretty long list, but they would call us when they knew when they could get us in. They never called us back.

Now it's summer 2023 and our ac isn't working. We called, they took our information and a tech would give us a call with when they can come out. That was 2 days ago, and no call. We have a different company coming later today.

I guess the person who answers the phone doesn't do the scheduling, and we just slipped through the cracks. Christmas was crazy so I gave them a pass, but now it's happened twice. We won't be trying again.

The technician adam call to inform me he was on his way plus he on time . Very knowledgeable and
professional he explained everything he was going to be doing. Told me about what the cost would be to get my upstairs unit running again. I totally enjoyed this experience it was amazing. This is a AC company I would recommend and use again. Thanks guys.

Milan was hired to install a gas line for our pool heater. He was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable at a fair price. The actual job was just as pleasant as the quote. I’ll also be using their electricians to add a sub-panel for the pool equipment later this week.

Brad was very informative and knew immediately what was going on with our generator. Set up a maintenance contract on the spot and scheduled an appointment for next week.
