Bert Black Service Companies

This is the second time I’ve used Bert Black Company Services. I appreciate the professionalism and quality services. Thank you to service tech Mr. Kenneth Harper for taking care of my plumbing water line and drain issues.

The young man was so professional and courteous. A credit to the Company. He carried out his maintenance check and I would not hesitate to recommend his company. We will be using this company for our a/c and heating services.

Bert Black is very professional, friendly and affordable. I love that BB uses technology to communicate about upcoming appointments & send estimates. Any person that I have come into contact with (whether that be a phone call into the office a technician or the owner) at BB is always accommodating- no matter the issue or the heat index in Arkansas, they are always kind and responsive. Bert Black makes home maintenance a breeze!

Called them to fix AC unit and put Freon in unit. I was told the service call was $75. Then he said it’s $100/hr (huh) for spraying an AC unit. Then he said the computer wasn’t calculating taxes so it would be “straight up” $185. Well I guess the computer started working later on because my account shows $202.58 was charged. Technician washed the unit with water hose and said unit wouldn’t take Freon. Said we needed new unit and charged $202.58 for service call. Called another company and they were able to add Freon. Will not use Bert Black in the future.

Bert Black is always responsive and very helpful. My heat went out and they were there the next day to diagnose the problem and had the new unit installed within a couple of days. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody. Thank you BB for your service!!

The technician was on time and very professional and friendly. It took him no time to diagnose my electrical issue. I was very pleased with the outcome. I will use them in the future.

Bob was remarkably helpful and went above and beyond in customer service when we called their office. Great experience!

I have use this company twice and each time has been a nightmare! The first time I was not getting cool air so I called them to help. They sent out a technician and he said he found the problem and the company could fix it. They replaced a part and in 20 days the same problem returned. I called them back and they sent out another technician he found were the other tech got it TOTALY wrong (having misdiagnosed my unit problem). I was out over $1500 on their mistake they wanted to charge me over $2000 to make the correct changes to fix the real problem with only a $150 discount for their mistake. It was peer HELL dealing with this unprofessional company and I pray to God that I never have to again!

Service Technician was very professional and friendly. He was able to find as well as fix the problem I was having with my A/C system at an affordable price thanks again!!!

The owner and tech were life savers! Our heat started in the middle of a serious snow storm. Thank goodness they responded or we would not have heat for at least a week! All my service needs are going to Bert Black!!! Thank you!
