We've used Bert Black to service our whole home generator for years. Always fantastic service, on time, and professional.

Always Quick service time, VERY professional, knowledgeable and kind .
Had an emergency today my thermostat was OFF . And the heat was 75 and climbing! We keep out heat low at 67 or so and it was HOT in this house , they worked us in replaced the thermostat and checked our unit ! You cannot go wrong with Bert Black! And as a bonus my cats loved him!lol

Friendly and knowledgeable crew put in the new unit .in just a few hours we were cool again.

Came out quick and fixed the problem in no time. Everyone else was too busy. Expensive, $350 for about 15 minutes of work though.

They came and serviced my generator and she’s ready for the next round of outages we have - don’t know if I am tho!!
Very professional and on time

I bought my house in Little Rock about 14 months ago. I immediately had Bert Black (Adam) come to perform a service on my air conditioning system. After the initial service visit, I signed a service contract which provided me with two services in the next 12 months. Both services were performed by the company as agreed. In July, 2022, my air conditioning failed because of proper cleaning and maintenance. I carefully observed all 3 service visits. The company did not remove the top of the system and clean the coils, the fan motor or the fan. The lack of proper cleaning resulted in failure to remove humidity from the home. My last service visit from Bert Black was in April, 2022. Three (3) months after the last visit, I now have a severe mold problem in my home -- and a $12,000.00 bill to remove the mold and perform and complete home cleaning. I employed a professional building scientist and a professional mold and water removal company. They along with a different air conditioning company verified that Bert Black had failed to properly maintain my system.
I called the Bert Black office to speak to the manager/owner/CEO, but unfortunately reached Judy, the office manager, who refused to allow me to speak to someone in charge. She also refused to give me her full name. I requested that I receive a refund for next year's service contract -- as I do not plan to use their services. She refused to refund the contract charge even though they had not provided services under the contract. Bert Black clearly performs substandard work and the quality of their AC maintenance is totally unacceptable. I advise all to go elsewhere for air conditioning installation and maintenance. This has been a very costly and unfortunate experience.

WOW! The plumber that came for diagnostics, plumbing pipe repair and to install a HW heater was THE BEST, I’ve ever worked with!! 👏🙌👍. After assessment, knew exactly what work and materials were needed. Focused on completing the work, which took 3-4 hours. Zero personal phone calls incoming or outgoing. Gotta love that!!! I was His only customer during this time. What a nice and talented person. HIGHLY recommend Milan for ANY plumbing needs.

Anyone who can bear hug a 40 gallon HW heater and remove it from the home will always have a place on my team. Clean up was great to.. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Jason fixed my portable generator…and did a great job !!! But OMG, the price! Almost $450 (about $200) shy of what I paid for it new a couple of years ago. Won’t be using Bert Black again for repairs
