Would definitely recommend this company to anyone! HVAC replacement. Very competitive pricing and very prompt service.
Justin and team showed up only a couple of days after quote to install and did it in a professional and timely manner! Very happy with the job and professionalism!

Not happy with this company at all. Had outside faucet leaking. Plumber who showed up had never heard of brand of faucet I had. Was told would need to replace entire faucet. He gave me estimate of job which I agreed to. Was told he was going to try to find this brand of faucet to save me several hundreds of dollars and would call Me in "a couple days" or I should call them if I didn't hear from him. Was also told I would not be charged another service fee if they did job. I waited a week to give him plenty of time. He didn't contact me so I called, was told the plumber would call me, he never did. Guess he just wanted the service fee and not the job. Called different company today and job completed 2 hours later. Will not use or recommend this company.

Edit to update. I was contacted by Jason the general manager today and was pleased with his response and apology. Great customer service by management. I will consider using this company again in future when/if needed. Thank you Jason for reaching out!!

The technician arrived promptly and was very professional and courteous. He seemed very knowledgeable about the issue with our tankless water heater and fixed the problem and gave us a good suggestion. And the total cost seemed fair for the service call and length of his work.

Firstly, if I could leave a zero star review and still be able to give a review, I would. We had an appointment between 3:30-5:30 that turned out to be a no show without even so much as a call. We rescheduled for the following day that was also rescheduled for the same time as apparently we couldn’t get it first thing in the morning since they already missed the previous appointment. The next day comes around and this time the electrician decided to show up but at this point, sits in his van in front of the house. I opened the door, waved at him and then waited. And waited, and waited. He claimed to have called and knocked on a 2 story house. We have 3 dogs that never made a peep. We have a working doorbell that never rang. After I poked my head out 3 different times and waved to signal that I’m here and waiting, he never came in. When my son went to go see what he was doing, he was driving off. Never serviced our air conditioner. We get a quality text and that’s when we called the company. We’re told he called only one of the 3 numbers, supposedly knocked though none of the dogs or us heard, and then left with a quality text on the right phone numbers, though he supposedly called??? We have had a 50/50 with this company, but as supporters of local businesses, we tried to be understanding. At this point we are done and will not be recommending them to anyone.

Justin I believe his name and another gentleman came and fixed my heat within 30 minutes. Professional and skilled guys!

Had someone come out. Was quoted a price to fix my hvac. 175 to fix, 75 to come out. The guy was there from 8:09-8:34-25 minutes to give me a quote and assess, didn’t have the part. Said he would come back and when he came back let me know if there was any issue with the condenser. He was there from 4:39-5:24- 45 minutes. Part of that 45 minutes fixing the unit. 1 hr 10 min total. I know these times exactly bc I have cameras. He finishes he says the total is 455.97. He knows I am stunned by this price and is like “after tax.” He also never mentioned anything with the condenser again. He then has me sign a tablet that has no info on what I’m signing. I’m like will you send me a receipt. And he was hesitant and said it should come to me but if not contact his boss. I knew by how he was speaking no receipt would come to me. You know that gut feeling. I called to talk to them about what happened and I was told twice someone would call me back. They explained a break down of the price which included fixing my condenser and him being there for hours. He was there total a little over an hour. He did not spend even an hour fixing the unit. I don’t know if anything was really fixed with the condenser. No one ever called back. I doubt they will. Just sharing in case this happens to anyone else.

Despite having a few hiccups on the initial services Bert black stood behind their work and went above and beyond to make things right. We sincerely appreciate their professionalism and efforts to maintain a good reputation.

Bert Black is the most responsive and reliable company I’ve ever used. They always come through and especially in times of crisis.

Steven came to replace a few light switches. He was fast, knowledgeable, friendly and made sure the area was clean and stuff put back in place after he was done and did a great job. Definitely happy with the service.

Our upstairs air conditioner was not working. Called and they came, repaired it and it is working well now.
