Bert Black Service Companies

We have used them s verbal times in the past but it’s the last time that became such an issue. They came out to estimate a low water flow issue, the quote was for $900. Soon after we remembered we had a policy with a warranty company and them come out. They fixed the issue in 15 minutes due to clogged faucet heads and told us we were being scammed and the estimated fix wouldn’t cost that much. After further investigation the part cost $35, so they were going to charge us $865 in labor for something that wouldn’t even fix the issue. When I tried to reach back out to Bert Black they were. It only rude to my wife but refused to call me back to explain their overinflated estimate that was obviously a scam. Buyer beware here!

Had been dealing with another HVAC company through my home warranty for 5 weeks trying to get my AC fixed. After 3 visits and several component changes, it still was not working. Gave up on them and called Bert Black based on a recommendation from a colleague. Bob had the problem resolved quickly and even checked other minor maintenance items to ensure I was good to go. Two thumbs up for Bob and the entire crew at Bert Black. Will definitely use them for all my future HVAC needs and recommend them to anyone needing HVAC repair. Thank you for bringing the cool.

We are from out of town. Arrived at our Hot Springs house on Friday afternoon to no AC. Called at 3:30 pm, tech was here before 5, he worked non stop for 2 hours and was able to identify the problem and get it repaired.

My hot water heater started pouring water at 8:00 at night. I called them and they sent a technician right over to stop the leaking. The next day, Stephen Ray showed up first thing and installed a new one. Very good experience!! Highly recommend this company!!!! Great job!!!

Technician was personable and friendly, communicated well. He fixed the vents and even provided another solution to make sure the air circulated properly in the bedroom! Great job!

Had a new heat pump installed by these guys. Absolute professionals. Other companies told me some of my attic trusses would have to be cut and scabbed back on to install the new unit.Thankfully, these guys knew what they were doing and avoided that.
