Technician was courteous and arrived on time. He identified problems and offered solutions. Prices was a little outside my comfort zone though

Called and got an appointment within a timely manner even though it was the week after the snow storm but they were great to get us in as quick as possible so my elderly mother wasn’t without water for longer than necessary. They were running behind but called to let us know and the repairman showed up at the new time, on time! Would definitely recommend Bert Black and will call them again if I need other plumbing needs.

I've had great experiences with Bert Black Service over the years. The workers have always been kind and courteous. They show up on time and complete the work quickly. I've called them in an emergency for both a water main break in my front yard and for frozen pipes, and they handled those jobs quickly and efficiently. I would strongly recommend them and will continue to use them.

My system is less than 3 years old. My air went out on Friday June 18. A serviceman arrived at 7:30 and was there til 10:30. He said he would come back Saturday morning with the part. He called and said he couldn’t get the part til Monday. The temp in my home was 95. My kids were visiting me from Chicago, needless to say we were all miserable. I could understand if the unit was 10 years old, but I resent paying $846 for a unit so young. The serviceman was very sorry and understanding. No one ever called me about a service policy. I feel your company SUCKS. I will never use you again.
