Update June 22, 2022. Excellent! One call does it all! Same day service !!! for plumber to check and replace 17 yr old gas hot water heater which konked out this morning. After discussion with service technician, Kenneth, it was an easy decision to replace it. He got us all the information in advance & worked up the cost so that we could make an educated decision. Then he confirmed the order and got us taken care of ASAP. Kenneth was the same guy who had done some other plumbing work for us, knew his stuff, professional & knowledgeable. They had a Rheem (like we’d had before) in stock, could get it & install Today! The other guy who worked with him was also knowledgeable and a straight-shooter, which we so appreciate. And the hot water heater is in the attic - asking them to go up there on a 100 degree summer day was torture! Thanks Once Again, BB.

Same day service for plumber to diagnose & repair gas hot water tank. Judy in office was so nice, caring and professional. Service guy was great, really knew his stuff. We also use Bert Black for our HVAC maintenance - annual contract is reasonably priced and the office is great to call to schedule with the seasons. Highly recommend.

Did a detailed check from the transfer switch to the generator. Pulled full maintenance. Oil/filter, spark plugs, battery terminals, air filter, clean unit. Excellent contractor.

Service on Generac generator is wonderful. Thank you for being prompt. Steven Cook did a wonderful job repairing the electronics in our generator. He powered off electricity and generator came on. He checked inside and saw fridge, stove, lights and said all is good. Reset electricity, generator went off as it should. Checked the board and it was a good. Very pleased with service Steven Cook has given this customer. He answered all questions in a courteous manner. He gave additional information when asked about ac maintenance plan. Thank you again Steven Cook and Bert Black Service Company for all that you do.

I had my whole unit replaced today. Robert came out a week or so ago and told me that we really need a new unit. He took some pics and and was prompt about getting back to fix the problem. They are who I call when I have an A/C or Heating problem and we’ve been using them for over 3 years. They are a great company from having a person answer the phone after hours on Friday night to sending a text with the photo and info on the technician on his way. We’ve also been lucky enough to get Alex every time. I actually just joked with him that I was actually excited when I got the text confirming he was on his way and his picture popped up and had hope he would be the technician that we would get because he knows the unit and what I’m working with. We have 2 older units that I’m trying to keep going as so I don’t have to replace the whole units. He’s does a get job and always explains what happened and how to possibly fix it from happening again. Thanks Alex!
