We moved here a year ago and Dash has saved us more than once with our air conditioning systems. We tried to use our home warranty and it was a mess. Dash made the repairs quickly, within an hour, came earlier than expected, and gave us options. I made our appointment at 6 a.m. and they said, “no worries, we will be there this afternoon”. They came at 10 a.m. We are thankful and impressed by their great service.

Done with Dash. I’ve been a long-time customer and member through their monthly installments for years. I’ve used them mostly because I am a creature of habit and every time I call they ask, “how can I make you smile?” After an incident this weekend, I have cancelled my subscription and will never use them again. I called to have our mini-split cleaned. It was showing signs of mold and starting to smell. I relayed that over the phone several times and was quoted $129 to take care of the problem. When the tech arrived, he quoted me around $530. I told him I was not going to pay 4x’s the quoted price. After simply looking at the unit, he said I owed him $90 for coming out. I explained I would never have scheduled had I know it was going to cost so much. He initially stated, “sorry for the miscommunication and I will not charge you the service fee”. He knew I was frustrated and I told him I felt like I was being taken advantage of. He put the cover back on and then stood there. I said, is there anything else I need to do?” He said, “your $90 would be nice”. So, I paid him for no work that was almost equal the amount I was quoted for doing the job. After he left, I noticed he did not put the vent back together correctly and when you turned it on, the vents remains shut. I talked to the office and they offered to have another tech come out and fix the vents. So, I’m out 90 bucks and had an unusable mini-split. Here’s the deal, I work with some of the most vulnerable people in our society, those living with severe mental illness. I have seen countless people be taken advantage of, and I felt like I was taken advantage of. I’m a fair person and will pay (and I did) if a job is done (which it wasn’t). I have other issues, but this was the straw that broke the camel’s back. There is right and wrong, it’s a matter of principle, and I believe what Dash did was wrong.

Excellent service helping us get everything in proper order with heating, cooling and ventilation in our new home. We really benefit from their advice on ordering filters, maintaining our heating and cooling systems, and other helpful tips for maximizing energy savings. Well worth the investment using DASH for all of our HVAC needs.

Came out for heater repair. Heating system needs a new motor. Parts are not on the truck so I have to pay for the service call ($90 with tax) even though the repair will be more than $700. Not my favorite policy. I have used Dash in the past. They have always been able to remedy whatever issues have arisen.
