The entire team at Dash were a pleasure to work with. Amanda was very diligent in assessing our needs and providing options that allowed us to make an informed decision. The installation team, lead by Scott Thompson, were very professional and detail oriented in their work. We’re very happy we chose Dash!

TECH WAS WELL TRAINED, BUT HIS PERSONNAL HYGIENE WAS HORRIBLE. I HE HAD BEEN WORKING AT MY HOUSE I WOULD HAVE SENT HIM AWAY DO TO HIS BAD BODY ODOR. HE LEFT THE BUILDING HE WAS WORKING IN SMELLING HORRIBLE, HAD TO SPRAY DOWN BUILDING TO KILL THE ODOR. YOU NEED TO INFORM HIM TO SHOWER AND WEAR CLEAN CLOTHES WHEN HE MAKES SERVICE CALLS.

The Dash technician was very professional and he did not mind answering any questions I and my wife had. Thank you for being the face of your company. Thank you for the quality of work you did!!!

Dash replaced our furnace today, and did so in the most professional and courteous manner possible! The cost was reasonable and the overall customer service from start to finish was outstanding!
