DASH Heating & Cooling

Our AC went out on a Friday night at 5:45. I did not have high expectations that we could get it repaired over the weekend, and called several places. DASH not only answered the call late on a Friday, but they had a serviceman out to our house by 1:00 the next day, and repaired within 30 minutes. Justin was very professional and kind, and we are very pleased with our service!

Staff was very pleasant on the phone. Service gentleman was pleasant and friendly and able to diagnose my problem fairly quickly. Price was very reasonable, especially on the weekend. I appreciate them taking care of my situation in such a timely manner.

The representative who came out to my home was prompt abs polite. He was very knowledgeable explaining what was going on and how we could resolve it. It did a good job explaining my options. Then explained what to do if it happened again and what was covered regarding the repair.

Bradley was very professional and knowledgeable. He broke down and explained everything that I need done to my understanding. I really appreciated his awesome professionalism. If I decide to go through with the actual service that is needed, I hope he will be the one to provide it.

My spring service performed under the Dash agreement was easy to schedule, and Nathan was professional in every way. This company has been caring for our heating & cooling needs since 1984. I highly recommend their services!
