They came the same day I called and fixed my refrigerator and freezer. Dave was very professional and knowledgeable. Didn’t leave my kitchen messy. Will use them again. The service call was reasonable, but the labor was a little high, but I don’t have anything to compare it to. Called them back with a concern on my freezer, came that day and checked it out, without another service call. Wonderful and honest service. Thank you , Dave

Central One was flexible with appointment scheduling. I didn't make it easy. I scheduled an appointment and then had to reschedule, after 5pm no less - for the following day, and they made it happen.
Chris was my tech and he knew his stuff! I described the problem, he knew exactly what it was and the part to get. He was confident. I was not. Spoiler... he was right.
Chris got the part and was back the very next day. I had yet another scheduling snafu and Chris worked around it, getting my refrigerator back running and right exceedingly quickly!
I have twin boys that are attempting to eat me out of house and home and this happened right at the end of the school year; meaning they are grazing at all hours. Being without a refrigerator for days on end would have been bad.
Chris and Central One made sure that didn't happen.
5/5 would definitely use again.

Will always call on Central One for our appliance needs after this first experience. We went with Central One for repair on our dryer because unlike other options in Little Rock, they truly are a locally owned company currently in their third generation of ownership. Chris was the tech who came out to assist us, and he was excellent to work with!

I wouldn't recommend these crooks to anyone. Charged me a $107 to plug up the washer and tell me the same thing I told them over the phone. Stated part couldn't be ordered anymore which they could've told me over the phone. Literally was there maybe 5 minutes. I should've known by the fancy truck that they wasn't trying to do any work. Never again. Y'all should be ashamed and I see I'm not the only person that has been treated this way but God don't like ugly. Man y'all crooks point blank period.

Matthew was our service tech and had our ice maker assessed, ordered our part and then repaired it in one hour total. This is not our first experience with them they fixed our washer and we were extremely happy with their work ethics and professionalism on both repairs.

This was the first time that I’ve ever done business with Central One Service company, and I was very pleased with the entire experience. The technician (Mathew) arrived within hours of my initial call and although the part wasn’t in stock, I didn’t have to wait long on the day that he returned. He was courteous and seemed to have a lot of experience. I would definitely use them again.

Our 2008 ice maker finally stopped working. Chad was the technician assigned to us. After he called to let me know he was on his way they dispatched him to another customer that was close to the job he was leaving. He called and advised me of the delay, and he actually arrived earlier than originally expected. I am definitely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Sadly, he advised that our ice maker was to the point of no return.

I'm grateful he was honest and didn't try to sell and install parts that wouldn't have fixed it. I will call Central One again when the need arrives.

Matt was our service tech this morning and he showed up as early as possible. He was very thorough and honest regarding pricing and even gave a good opinion regarding some other appliance brands and troubleshooting. We definitely recommend Central One!

Outstanding service. Would highly recommend Central One! I think Maytag / Whirlpool should really look at this group as the " go to " than the other company in central Arkansas. The technician was on time, called ahead, very professional, explained what was going on and even had the parts on hand to fix. Which is hard to find in todays " service world ". I wished I would have found these guys earlier. One major point to make - They do not have any hidden extra charges like others. They quote you a service fee and that is it. No diagnostic fee and then hit you up after the for an install fee. Again, maybe Maytag will read this and look into this group for a real stocking service group.

Had to have a new motor put in my front load washer. Found the problem quickly, ordered the part and was very prompt with repair. Chris was awesome, gave me things to do in order to maintain my washer correctly. Very professional with a smile on his face the whole time. I won’t use any other repair service except Central. You won’t be disappointed I promise.
