Technician, Chris, was very nice, respectful and professional. Explained our problem very well. Very satisfied and will definitely use again.

Brandon is the best! Super helpful, knowledgeable and a problem solver. He’s been dependable for all my repairs. Everyone in the company is friendly and helpful as well. Definitely who I will use in the future.

The day of scheduled service to fix our ice maker, I missed the phone call from Chris to tell me he was on his way, due to me being busy at work. By the time I spoke with Chris, I was quite upset about missing the call and was vocal in my frustration. I even let him know that I had someone at the house for the scheduled time.
Unfortunately, by then he had to reschedule.
Chris took all of that spewed frustration in stride and remained professional and unarroused. It obviously was not my day and I'M TRULY SORRY GUYS.
The following morning, I text Central One Service with my wifes number (who was at the house the previous day waiting.)
Kevin called her following that text. Not only was he professional, he rescheduled for that day.
When Chris showed up on time and it took him all of 10-15 min to fix our ice maker.
I would HIGHLY recommend them for their knowledge,
workmanship and professionalism.

We have now had to call twice and in one week to repair appliances in our home and both times were great experiences. Chris and Chad were excellent. Highly recommend Central One!

Washer was leaking -calked and they sent out serviceman that day. Diagnosed the problem and brought the new part next day and repaired it. Very nice , friendly, and prompt service.

Professional, friendly, and cooperative service. When seeking people to work on anything in my home, I am highly weary of paying for unnecessary repairs and openly skeptical of anyone's diagnosis of a problem. The service person embraced my skepticism, rather than taking offense, which build trust. I will use this service again as a result.
