James and his team at Family Air Air are the best in the business. When we called to tell them that the front AC unit at my preschool had breathed its last breath, they came to the rescue that same day with 2 portable units to keep the children cool until they could install a new unit. The new A.C. Was installed on the roof with a crane within a week and the workers were professional, courteous and kind. They removed the dead unit and the new one works fantastically! They also fixed the existing swamp cooler if I ever needed back up cooling in the future. I am forever grateful to them for keeping my students comfortable in the 100+ degree summer heat and for causing no interruption to my daily business. Highly recommend.

A/C began failing on one of the hotest days this year. I phoned late in afternoon or early evening and instead of the usual "this is the answering service someone will call you in the morning" I received an appointment for late Monday between 4-6pm. Technician arrived shortly after 2 pm and was finished in 2 hours. I had to leave while he finished the repairs and I paid over the phone by credit card the following day. I have been in the service business all my live (Bobby McGee's in the 70s and then Sausage Deli for 26 years). This is how you run a service business right!

I got a very reasonable quotation for a replacement heat pump from Jim and a great experience with the office and installation staff. Josh went above and beyond to make sure everything was working right and to qualify for a TEP rebate. I would highly recommend Family Air and will be going to them from now on.

The two technicians from Family Air showed up on time, worked efficiently, and charged exactly what the estimate said they would charge. So far, the system is working well, but it has not been tested under really hot conditions yet. I'll add the last star after the system holds up to the hot weather that will come soon.
