This past June, I turned on my aged A.C., and nothing but hot air... again! For the past several years, I've used the services of Family Air to nurse the ol' gal along, but after 30 years of faithful service, I knew it was a goner.

I called around for a couple of quotes for replacement, but due to the great service that Family Air has provided me, they won the bid. Mostly because of the great service they've provided in the past.

Bill came out and talked with me about my requirements, and I scheduled a date for the replacement.

They showed up on time, as they always have, and began the work.

Ken and Michael were the installation techs, and they busted their backs to complete the installation. It took a good 7 hours for them to complete the job, and Bill came by several times to check on their progress.

Late i te installation, the techs ran into a problem, and Jim, the owner showed up and set things straight.

All in all, I couldn't ask for better service. They are prompt, reasonably priced, and always provide great service. Friendly, too!

Technician was VERY knowledgeable and was able to easily repair my A/C. Had the fuse on the truck! He also provided some tips on how to increase the air flow in my home. Great work Family Air!

Called Family Air in the middle of summer for bids on a whole new unit. Kurt came out promptly and was the only person to spend the time to measure all my windows to ensure an adequate unit would be proposed. Kurt got me the bid quickly and was also available via e-mail for additional questions.

Family Air came in by far the best and I was able to get my new A/C unit installed promptly. Install crew came and quickly put the new unit in, even though it had to go up in the crawlspace. They wrenched loose a Cox phone cable line in the process, but Family Air completely covered my costs of having Cox come out to repair it. Affordable, extremely professional, honest, and quality work. A+

Family Air Just replaced our 26 year old unit that was at its end of life. From start to finish Jonathan was very knowledgeable ,professional, and prompt. He answered all of our questions and took time to explain a remedy with an air flow issue that we had with an addition on our home. His installers were very friendly , professional , and clean in the process. I would highly recommend Family Air for all your HVAC needs.

We chose Family Air because of their awesome online reviews and because their price and responsiveness was outstanding. We are completely delighted with this company on every level and highly recommend them. We replaced our HVAC system just as the temperatures were heading into the triple digits. Family Air didn't make us wait. From the time we called for an estimate until installation it took only 5 days. Nearly all the other companies we called couldn't even get an estimator out to us for 8 days, and told us we would wait at least 2 weeks for installation. We did our online research and chose the equipment we wanted and Family Air accommodated our request and kept the price lower than the other estimate we'd gotten for the same system. They also went out of their way to schedule our installation and inspection in time to get us a $500 TEP rebate that was about to expire (they submitted our paperwork and also arranged for the system to be inspected in time.) The installers were highly professional -- showed up on time, cleaned up perfectly, and stayed focused on the tasks -- not on their cell phones or joking around. Every call to the office was answered right away, no hold time, and Faith made sure I had all the paperwork I needed and arranged for payment by credit card over the phone. She made it easy, and now te new system runs perfectly. We're grateful to Family Air!

Wonderful customer service! Technician was efficient, thorough, and patient when answering all of my questions! The swamp cooler and heater both have never worked better. Family Air is a trustworthy HVAC company. Their service is good and prices fair. I trust them with all my HVAC needs. However, since they are not really a 24/7 if you have a problem after hours or over the weekend you may not get a call back or service until they are open.

Our AC went out, called a repairman, quoted me $4,000 to $7,000. Our Heating and Air is 1 unit. He said it is warn out. Cost, $300.00. to tell me that and add 1 lb. of R2.
A friend from church gave me the number to Family Air. The repairman was honest and respectful. He told me my unit is old but he could put in a new compressor and the unit should last a few more years. The compressor and labor was about $1,300 and he was able to save the R2 and put it into the new compressor. My Ac has been working like new!
I have Family Air's number in my cell phone and I will tell everyone I can about them and their honesty and integrity. If/when the unit does need to be replaced Family Air is who I will call.
