Had to wait a bit for hep while standing in the hot sun. But once they were able to help me, all was FANTASTIC. They hustled and worked hard. I appreciated their speed. The cash issue does make it more difficult, but was told it was a way to keep prices down, which is something I appreciate. Would recommend this place to everyone.

We arrived the afternoon of 04/17/2020 to buy a 20"×20"×36" sleeve for our evaporative cooler Jack. An airco employee ensured us that we needed a 19"×19"×36" instead. We were told we had to pay cash since we weren't business customers. After getting home the sleeve DID NOT fit and it was now to late to return it till Monday.
Monday morning we arrived to return the item with our receipt and we were told we had to wait for a refund till AFTER COVID-19 to get our money back!! SERIOUSLY?? they had no problem taking our money but can't return it? Seems like a RIP off company to me...we had another sleeve custom cut and fit at rite way for cheaper!

Always have the sheet metal products that even the Big Box stores don't.
Safety protocol observed, no walk it's allowed.

They had what I needed... only thing is they don't accept debit or credit cards, Cash only!!..maybe they should step up their game and upgrade their system.. they just might get more business that way.

They will just hang up on u multiple time then say they don't have anything that u need.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. The quality of thier inventory is absolutely the lowest in the market. If you want to buy junk that breaks then shop here!!

The guys there are so helpful and friendly! I highly recommend using only them for any of your AC ductwork or vents.

Covid still in place but they were able to take care of me outside quickly.

Lots of parts in stock. Sell to the public and contractors. Better prices then some other guys in town.
