    Had our elderly swamp cooler replaced with a new one. The team was very knowledgeable and came in under competitors for the quote. When the unit was replaced they were on time and did the job quickly and professionally. Upgraded the electrical and changed the layout of the unit on the roof to make it easier to service in the future. Would definitely recommend them.

    I have tried too many professional people that didn’t do a good job on my swamp coolers, yes, I know, but I love the fresh air that comes through an evaporative cooler. I was almost ready to pull them and put in the dreaded a/c until someone recommended The Cooler Guy. They got all the glitches out, wrong sized pads for one, and I’m sitting here with it being 103Β° outside, comfortable in my home again. Thank you guys! Call these guys with confidence. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

    I was pleased with the speed at which the quote was emailed, old unit was removed and a new unit was installed. Disappointed with the inability and unwillingness to change a bad controller inside. Asking for payment and leaving without proper cleanup and, the unit not working doesn't get the highest rating for professional service from me.

    My husband and I were very pleased with this company. From the receptionist to the workers, they were very professional. They did an excellent job and had cold air running within 3 hours. I would highly recommend this company to family, friends and anyone who is looking into replacing or just general maintenance for their cooling unit. Great job!

    Charged approximately $2,000 to repair two coolers but didn't bother to put foil tape on the duct work. Actually left with much of the cool air just escaping to the outside I brought it to their attention because it's completely unacceptable. They weren't sure if it was within their scope of their work. There's probably about 2' of exposed duct on each cooler. How could the tech miss it when testing the unit once the repairs were completed. For two grand you'd think they'd go the extra mile.

    Fast, responsive service. No upselling or pretending things are wrong when they’re not. We needed a couple parts, they charged true cost for the parts and the hourly service fee was perfectly reasonable. The job was a little more complicated than expected but they stuck with their estimate. An amazing local company I would be happy to do business with again.

    Old evaporative cooler stopped working. I told the guy it died, but I just wanted it replaced. Was quoted 2700$ for a functioning system. I paid 2700$ and did not get a functioning system. I got " we installed it, call a electrician its not turning on".

    Edit: They reached back out to see if they could troubleshoot it. They came back out and were able to figure out a issue with the wiring and resolve it. Unit is working well now.

    They were fantastic from the very beginning: they had a real person answer the initial call; they came out the same day to assess the situation; they did the replacement cooler as scheduled and, since it was a somewhat special situation, the owner and service manager who had done the assessment were the ones who came back and did the installation. Judging from a little research I had done, the price was fair. I was able to pay them the day of the installation thanks to digital invoicing, although that would not have been necessary if someone wanted more time.
