The Cooler Guy

This is the easiest company I’ve ever worked with. I never write reviews but they were so good. Jessica in reception is a rockstar, the service guys were friendly and talked me through everything, and every date they gave me they showed up on time or called to let me know when they would be getting there.

My swamp cooler was FUBAR and the whole cooling side had rusted through. Previous owners had also damaged the fuse box, installed wrong parts, etc. They charged me for only what I needed, did the work fast, and explained exactly why they were replacing what they did. Will be using them for all swamp cooler needs.

Guy named isiah came, out didn’t know anything about the thermostat and then tells my landlord that he and his wife would be better tenants here then myself , very very unprofessional.

The Cooler Guy staff are prompt, friendly, they have fair pricing, available when you need them, and knowledgeable. Fantastic crew and office staff. I have used them several times, and have not had a problem with them. I highly recommend them, and I will use them again.

Just shy of a month to turn cooler on, quoted time of 1pm, then changed to 1-3pm, 330pm rolls around and I call them, they claim their tech has long since turned the air on. None of the 4 units in my duplex are on. It's been frequently hitting close to 100 degrees inside with no electronics but a fan on. Outside temps are 104. Would have happily paid for a better company myself if it wasn't against my lease.

We manage over a dozen units with swamps, From our first work order Cooler guys have taken care of all our swamp cooler needs, they are fast, economical and honest. There communication is top notch and they have never let us down. If you need swamp cooler work/maintenance save your self the stress call cooler guys they are number one when it comes to swamp coolers!

These people are the best I've found, and many HVAC services no longer deal with swamp coolers at all. Knowledgeable professionals, friendly, quick and efficient, I don't imagine I'll ever use another company.

Called in need of cooler repair and got answering service only to leave a message, as instructed, and still not hear back from anyone for 2 weeks. Coming HIGHLY recommended from other AC services, you'd think their operation would be a little more sophisticated. Just disappointed

Had The Cooler Guy close down my water cooler today. I have had this company come several times previously and I highly recommend them. Mike, on the phone , was pleasant and set up my appointment immediately. Aaron, the service man, was very efficient, pleasant and comfortable to have in my home. They are wonderful! My AC failed and no one can repair if for several days, so I wanted to get the evaporative cooler going. They came out same day, were efficient, polite, and got the cooler going at a reasonable price!

Called this guy to repair cooler. He left one panel unsealed and created huge water leak on my roof.
When I confronted him on issue he became extremely rude and claimed he was not responsible for his failure
Creep!
