I chose this company for their reviews and they have been wonderful. I have used Family Air three times since moving into my home in 2019. Two times my AC stopped working and they were out promptly. The third time was for general maintenance for my HVAC. I have a home warranty but prefer to use Family Air for any heating and cooling needs. I feel their pricing is fair, they work weekends and respond to emails. I have been very pleased.

Great company! I got an HVAC system installed with no problems, after being told by another company that this would be impossible. Not only was this done, but it has been 2 years and I just had the annual inspection done. Things are going well, no problems. I am so happy to have a cool house! The technicians and workers who did the initial install completed install of new furnace, AC unit as well as fine-tuning everything and cleanup in one day! Highly recommend Family Air!

Update: Now nine years since I had this HVAC system and I get a yearly inspection, with ongoing good and solid results. I have had only a minor issue once which was quickly, inexpensively and easily repaired. This was a great purchase and Family Air is a solid company with excellent staff, and a very short response time when service needs to be scheduled. Thank you.

He was responsive, clear, professional, and a joy to chat with during the inspection/repairs. He had a pump ready in his company truck, and installed it efficiently, and made sure it was operable. Family Air has been great. We bought our HVAC unit in 2017 and have had Family Air maintain it ever since. On time and through service. We recommend them.

I've been extremely happy with Family Air and have a maintenance contract with them. I switched from a different company that was always a hard sell. It made me uncomfortable. No such hard sell from Family Air. Always friendly, punctual, knowledgeable and proficient. Our tech Kevin was a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend Family Air without hesitation.

We just had a new Air Conditioning and Heating unit installed and we couldn't be happier. The staff in the office, the owner, and the installers were fabulous. We got just the right unit for our home and price range and it was installed quickly, which was great with the increasingly hot weather upon us. I highly recommend Family Air. We have been using Family Air for over 10 years in multiple properties we own and they have never let us down. They provide professional trustworthy service every time. Their maintenance follow up is excellent too.

I cannot say enough great things about Family Air. Kurt and Mike and their teams are simply amazing breaths of fresh air in an easy to swindle market!

I first called a competitor of FA, the "hard to spell, easy to say, flashlight giving " variety. This was like talking to a speedy car salesman and quoted me an 11.5k AC unit replacement after a 10 minute diagnostic. There was apparently a leak and any work they did to fix it could end up "costing me thousands more".

I texted Kurt that evening and he responded back the next morning promptly and we discussed the situation. He quoted a new system tentatively at 2/3 the cost of the other guys which was already a savings.

Once Mike and his team got here with the new unit, we discovered my ignorance cause us to bring the wrong system. While Kurt was getting a new one lined up, the guys offered to look at my old one.

After THREE HOURS of thorough diagnostics, we discovered that my compressor was bad and there was a small leak in the diagnostics port. All of this going above and beyond took an 11.5 thousand dollar bill and cut my cost by 3/4 by doing way more than they had to do to get me fixed. They had a signed deal to sell me a whole new unit and they fixed my old one instead because that's all I needed.

It's incredible to know that there are folks like Family Air out there doing an Honest job for people. I can't appreciate them enough and will gladly refer them to everyone I know who needs service on their AC.

I called last minute needing an inspection for the purpose of buying a home. They were able to send Tim at the time and day needed. We literally had one day and a 3 hour window. Tim was great! He explained the system to me. Went over everything real time.
I will be using these kind and hard working folks for annual maintenance. No crazy 5 year agreements just the 2 visits per year like I was used to at home.
I asked Tim how long he had worked for Family Air and he said they hired him when they started up the company. He was injured at the time. 13 years later he is still with the company. This speaks volumes.
I would recommend Family Air.
