My technician, Levi, was so very knowledgeable and very very nice. He replaced a part on my air conditioner and explained to me with pictures exactly what he did. I hope I get him again…I will definitely ask for him! Even though the company gives you a four hour window, they keep you updated as per the time he will get here.

Had Williamson's Heating & Cooling install a new furnace & split A/C system on my house. The whole process from beginning to end was extremely smooth. The owner Rob Williamson, couldn't have been nicer when giving the estimate. The two installers Brandon & Daniel did an excellent job and went above and beyond. They were incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable. After the install was said and done, I couldn't be any happier with my new system and with Williamson's. I will be using them for all my heating/cooling needs!

We had an new heat pump installed in October, and the heat strip was on back order. But it was still fairly warm out, and we forgot about it. With temperatures dropping below freezing, our heat pump just wasn't keeping the temperature up inside, and I began to wonder about the heat strip, forgetting that it had not been installed.

I called Williamson this morning, and Wally (the technician) came out this afternoon. He suspected a defective heat strip, based on our symptoms, but then we remembered that it hadn't been installed. He called his shop, ordered one for us, and went and got it. He had it installed by late afternoon.

In the evening, we noticed the heat pump wasn't coming on, and called after hours. When Wally heard, he got in his truck and came out about 7:45 pm. The disconnect fuse was loose in its bracket (really old fuse panel); he tightened it and it started up. When he came in to do the paperwork, I pointed out how much the new unit rattled the walls and pictures, and he said, "Oh, that's not right. I can fix that right now." And he did.

The unit is running properly AND quietly. Thank you Wally.

Jerry came out and found the exact issue! Fast and efficient. Super nice and professional. Gave me a great price on fix. Just saving up for the job and Jerry’s getting another call from me!

On 4/1/23, my new HVAC unit stopped heating. Brian came out and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He was knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. I could not be more pleased with his service. Thank you Brian!!

Levi was the technician who responded to diagnosis and fix our AC unit. He was informative, helpful and knowledgeable. He had the unit fixed in under an hour and got our home cooled down in a flash !

Had an intermittent problem with my furnace shutting down and going into a 1 hour lock out mode. Williamson's sent Jerry and Brian over to look. Of course the furnace was working perfectly when they arrived, but the guys went in did everything they could think of in the way of cleaning and adjusting and left me with very good instructions about what info I needed to gather for them if it happens again. These are my go-to guys for any heating and cooling issues in the future!

Walter, my technician, was knowledgeable and went far beyond just checking my A/C unit. He gave me money-saving tips, and was wonderfully personable. So happy with his service.
