The "new" Williamson's Heating is certainly not the company we've come to know over the last 15 years or more. Had a furnace checkup on October 6th to complete our 2022 service agreement and the guy who showed up (1-1/2 hours late) spent, at best, 5 minutes on each of our 2 furnaces and didn't write up any details of the services (as per our agreement) he (couldn't possibly have) completed. I called their office to complain right after the guy left and then wrote to the company 2 days later via email and snail mail and have received no response. I have to assume residential customer service is no longer a priority in the new company.
