I highly recommend Williamson's Heating and Cooling to all my friends and family. They went over and above what most companies would do. Today Walter ( Wally) came out and removed a packrat nest from our condenser unit and replaced a sensor unit. We received excellent 5-star service starting with Maria who answered the phone, to Walter the service tech, to Rob the owner of the company and Phil who ordered the part. This is an amazing company. They offer outstanding service , are professional in every way. So, give them a call for all your Air Conditioning and Heating needs. You'll be glad you did. They are very fair and honest.

I had a new HVAC system installed by a different company in July, 2022. It never worked correctly. They were out 5 different times to 'fix' it. Even though it is under warranty by that other company, I paid Williamson to come out and diagnose it. Walter came out, spent over 3 hours going over everything, and found two major issues, that he then corrected. Walter is excellent, taking the time to review everything, correctly diagnosing the issues, and performing appropriate repairs. I strongly endorse both Williamson's Heating & Cooling and Walter!

Impeccable service! We had them install a mini-split and add a duct from our conventional HVAC system into our bar/networking closet. Both were done with precision and care. They masked everything off very well and after they left I don't think a trained detective would have known they were there! Since I was home the whole time due to Covid-19, They were great about following mask guidelines and keeping me in the loop about their progress, answering any and all questions I had with cogent answers. I am totally upset that your company would take such advantage of a a woman ! For $309.00 you could replace the motor,copperline,waterpump, and fuses (205 W Mossman Rd) I demand an itemized receipt listing labor and cost of individual parts. My Credit Card will be more than happy to hear from someone who bbn quotes a $50.00 charge then balloons the cost? Please respond.....

Williamson’s installed a heat pump for us. It saves power and is quieter. However, when cold weather set in it behaved strangely, sometimes on when it should be off, and vice versa. The problem was not in the unit itself but in the controller. These are complex devices, and adjusting one to your particular setup is like breaking the Enigma Code. Our technician Walter solved the problem, and was a pleasure to work with.

Walter is terrific; he’s been servicing my unit for many years and I only want him to come out. He always figures out the problem when there is one and I sincerely appreciate his service and him!
