Kudos to Cool Willy’s! Scheduling staff were very helpful and friendly. They also happily accommodated my need for a Saturday appointment for an A/C check-up. My technician, Stuart, called to let me know what time he would arrive. He was prompt, very knowledgeable about my system, took his time explaining what he was doing, showed me how to make my system run a bit more efficient by adjusting vent registers, and left his work area spotless. His friendly demeanor and professionalism was much appreciated! Cool Willy’s hits the mark on what customer service used to be!

We encountered the dreaded "my AC isn't cooling" on an evening when the temp is 106! Of course it happened after everyone had closed. We called the after hours number to Cool Willy's Air and Plumbing and spoke to Angela, who was so kind and helpful. She went on a search and found a technician that was able to come out! Stuart was at our house within 30 minutes. He was amazing. He was friendly, professional, and explained to us exactly what the problem was. He immediately replaced the part and was on his way. And we were on our way to cooler temperatures in the house. (The temp in our house was in the mid 80's and climbing) Thanks to Angela and Stuart at Cool Willy's we were able to sleep comfortably. Highly recommend!

Brian and Stewart have just left and I am again a "happy" Cool Willy's client. This company is the BEST. For 30 years the service has been excellent or I would not still be using them. Thanks to all the crew at Cool Willy's for continuing to make our home comfortable and safe!!

Called and had Stuart knocking on my door less than 2 hours later. Stuart was friendly, fast, and efficient. Every company should afford themselves the opportunity of an employee like Stuart. Stuart had my a/c going and the house chilling down within an hour and a half of arriving. Pricing was extremely reasonable for being a holiday. Cool Willy’s, mostly Stuart, was a life saver during this triple digit heat wave. Give Stuart a raise, you can’t afford to lose him.

Our AC went out on a Sunday when it was 107 outside. We called Cool Willy's and they came out within 30 minutes and had us back up and running in about 20 minutes. Nick was the best, very professional and courteous. I give Nick and Cool Willy's 100 out of 10. Great job!!

Excellent price on a 2 & 4 Ton American Standard, two-stage system. Kelly, the sales woman and Jesse the site manager did a phenomenal job going over all the features and reviewing my home for installation. Kevin and Josh did an outstanding job on the removal and reinstallation of the new system. They were very knowledgeable and professional, and did a great job in a short amount of time. Wally, the service technician, did a phenomenal job finding a minor quirk with the existing thermostat wiring after system was installed. He took the extra time to redo splicing of wire for the thermostats to ensure everything was operating correctly. System is performing outstandingly! Great job Wally, thank you for your time, expertise and professionalism.

Brian recently came out for our summer A/C check-up. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about our unit and have us some good advice and suggestions on running our system efficiently. We’ve been using Williamson’s/Cool Willy’s for several years now and have been very happy with their service.

I've been a customer of Williamson's Heating and Cooling / Cool Willy's for 18 years and and they have always been a 1st rate company to work with! Jerry showed up on time and completed my annual Spring Tune-up, so my AC units are ready for the Summer heat. He was very thorough and willingly explained each step of the process. In the past, I've also had Doug do my maintenance. He is another quality individual. They are simply the best and Cool Willy's will be my first call when it becomes time for a replacement.

Levi was absolutely AMAZING. Having my AC go out right before we hit a week of triple digits scared me, but Cool Willy’s prioritized me, and had someone out to my place in a decent amount of time. Levi was very easy to work with, amicable, kind, and explained everything to me and helped me out on understanding what was going on. 10/10 recommend. Absolutely wonderful!!!
