From quote to installation to post installation walk-through Williamson's Heating and Cooling was totally on point. During the quotation process I liked that Rob really listened to my concerns and offered different possible solutions at different price points. He drew up the various quotes and explained each while at my house. No waiting around for a week or more to get the quotes, like I experience with the other companies I solicited bids from.

The installation process was completed by Brandon and Danny. I was super impressed with their friendliness, professionalism and ultimately by the quality of their work. It was a pleasure to have them around our house for the two days it took to complete the project.

And finally, Rob came back a couple of weeks after the installation to do a walk-through to inspect the work and find out if I had any questions or concerns with the system.

Start to finish working with Williamson's Heating & Cooling has been one of the best home repair/improvement experiences I have had to date.

Williamson's Heating and Cooling service is outstanding!! I had some major concerns with a very inefficient and noisy A/C and decided to purchase a new unit. I did extensive research and received estimates from six different companies in Tucson. When I got the estimate from Williamson's, I knew they were the right choice. Robbie was very professional, helpful, honest, and personable. No high-pressure sales pitch with this company. What a breath of fresh air! I was very impressed by the skill level and efficiency of the installation team. Wally was extremely thorough and conscientious in his work. The entire crew was great. They installed an American Standard variable speed air conditioner. It's been 2 months now since the unit was installed and with the 100+ temps lately, I can tell you that I'm thrilled with the performance of my new A/C. The unit is very quiet and the house is extremely comfortable all the time. I highly recommend Williamson's Heating and Cooling!

A/C was out and Tim responded a little early, which was greatly appreciated. He went through the system to check the problem. He changed the capacitor and did not bleed us dry on the charges. Will be using them exclusively in the future. As a disabled Veteran I value truth and honesty.

Had Williamson's out for a quote in July and our rep, John Paul was very helpful and suggested we have our old systems tested for assistance from TEP and also wait until fall for some other rebates. We did that and with the testing we found we were qualified for the TEP rebate. While Williamson's was not the lowest bid we saw they were the most helpful so we decided to go with them. They installed two new units including gas heater in October. It took 4 days and the installers were great, did a nice neat install and cleaned up really well. About a week later they sent Walter out to check the system and he tweaked some of the things the installers had done and explained everything we needed to know about the system. Great service and follow up with a year customer service wellness plan. I recommend Williamson's very highly!!

We have been customers of Williamson's for almost twenty years and would never consider going anywhere else. They appreciate customer loyalty and consistently go out of their way to try and find the least expensive solution for any problem we may have. Recently one of our Mitsubishi mini-split systems began to fail but rather than replace the whole system, as the manufacturer suggested, Robbie (the owner), was able to repair the existing system at a fraction of the cost of a new system. In these days and times this kind of service is hard to come by.

September 2020 Williamson's completed a full duct replacement in our home. We were shocked to see what was barely left of our aged vents. The job began with a new Evap install. That is when we saw the ducts were shot. It was a big job. Drywall work and sheet metal work... Williamson's crews were absolutely working every minute, they cleaned up behind themselves, were courteous and professional, and did outstanding work! Their prices are super fair based on the market! Doug has provided service for all our heating and cooling units several times now. Today, Quincy was with him. He and Quincy were providing our bi-annual preventative maintenance. Doug is always on time, explains what he is doing, is kind and courteous, is more than competent, cleans up after himself, and has provided training for us when our heat pump needed to be restarted. This was the first time we've met Quincy and he also demonstrated excellent service and concern for our property. Their entire organization is wonderful. We highly recommend them.

Before it gets super hot I began looking to replace my 30 year old roof system. I got a few referrals and check TEP for more companies and added Williamson to the mix. Robbie came out and explained everything and hopped on the roof and got my proposal.
One was pushy, one had quite a few a la cart add ons and after a week and a half I chose Williamson’s. Pricing was all about the same, responsiveness was different.

Brandon and Mike showed up with skies and can do attitudes. I swear these guys were so proud of their work and every step of the way they said their aim was to make me happy. They took pictures of their handwork and came inside and moved my thermostat. I paint and my art needed to be in the place where the thermostat was. They fished the lines down and it took a fair amount of time. There was no gripping, they love where they work and said so.

I have allergies so they set up an accuclean system filter and within 48 hours my nose feels better. The American Standard 2 stage is super quiet. Sweet.

Today Walter arrives to do some Tep follow up and changes the background color on my digital thermostat so it would be more pleasing. It isn’t screaming blue it’s a nice gray. Another guy who was an absolute delight.

This is a hard working family business with good values and it shows. Robby, the owner works super hard and well let’s hope we have many years of happiness and no sneezing. I feel certain any missteps will be corrected.

The installers are employees of the company, there was no upwelling or funny business.
