I had Williamson's install a Mitsubishi mini-split in my canning kitchen/guest quarters after I had problems with another local contractor. Estimators from Williamson's looked at what the other contractor had done, and they informed me that the other contractor installed a lineset on the wrong wall (short dimension of the room) and he used solid house wire in the lineset instead of stranded communication cable. He also specified a high wall unit that didn't exist. So I fired the first contractor and hired Williamson's to install a Mitsubishi unit. The price was even a little lower than that from the first contractor, and I think I got a higher quality mini-split.

There was a small problem with the original installation, in that the cover for the lineset was about 5/8" too short. So I called them and asked them to come back out and fix it, and they did. I don't think you will find a better HVAC contractor than Williamson's.
