Walter is wonderful to work with. He clearly explains what the situation is and exhausts all options to fix the problem. He is professional, personable, knowledgeable and thorough! He has been doing excellent install, maintenance and repair in my home since 2018. Top notch customer service with Walter!

Brian was our technician for our 6 month heating and cooling maintenance. He was on time and professional. I happened to have a baby and a dog in my house at the time and Brian worked around all of my obstacles. He explained everything he was doing to service our unit and gave me tips to save a few dollars. We would/will recommend Cool Willy's to all our friends and neighbors.

I have used Williamson's for several years and always have great service. This most recent maintenance showed some troubling findings with my heating system. Walter was wonderful to explain what the problems are and what needs to be done going forward. He was very thorough and was patient with me asking numerous questions after writing me several quotes for replacing my entire system. I really appreciate him!

Nick came out this morning to do my yearly A/C check-up. He got here during the scheduled time & was very friendly and professional. He explained a few things to me about my system & even gave me some pointers on things to look out for, especially during the monsoon season. I've been doing business with them (as Williamson's) for several years and I'm glad to see nothing has changed since the new owner took over.

I was recommended to them by a neighbor. Tyler came out to check the system. He determined which parts needed replacing. He came back, replaced the parts and left my system working perfectly. With summer right around the corner, I needed my 3-year-old A/C unit checked out. I was hoping someone would be able to come on Thursday, 4 days away.

Cool Willys was the one. Initially, they didn't have any openings, but, after checking again, they said they could make it happen.
On Thursday, I was given the standard "Noon to 5pm" window. At around 1pm, Cool Wiilys called to inform me that their tech, Nick, was dispatched with a 45 minute expected arrival. He arrived 45 minutes later.

Nick was the best. Professional and polite. What impressed me the most was the way clearly explained what he was going to check on my system. He also shared his 30 year knowledge from working in the industry and gave be advice about how to avoid future catastrophic breakdowns. (Hint: change your filters once a month.)

When Nick was finishing up, he had my system running as efficiently as day one. The wrap up was done on Nick's tablet gizmo, smooth and secure.

The best in town! The front office staff is communicative, fast, and easy to work with. Nick came out to do the diagnosis and later, the repairs. He was on time, very friendly, respectful, and efficient. Williamson’s heating and cooling fixed our furnace at a quarter of the cost that a competing company quoted us. I will definitely be using them again for any HVAC needs.

Tyler was polite, introduced himself, thorough at the maintenance. Then explained his findings so I could understand. He was honest and worked to get me a new unit . I enjoyed having him as the technician.

We recently had a new furnace and A/C installed. The installation took a crew of 3 and they did a superb job, it took a day, they cleaned up and we had heat on by late afternoon. After a couple of weeks Walter came out, checked the system, made an adjustment and everything is working fine. Walter worked on our A/C in the past and kept that 20 year old system running.
