    Kept his card and will definitely use them only.
    My AC went out last night at 8:30 pm they were the ONLYones to call me back quickly and set up a first thing appointment.
    Came in like superheroes to save the day.
    Thanks to them we are up and running.

    I called this place a few weeks ago because my air conditioner condenser motor was not working anymore. They sent someone out, who was late. Their time table was "sometime before 5pm". They told me this at 8am. I waited all day and once the guy came (after 5pm) he said he didn't have the part and wouldn't until the next day at 8am. He didn't show up until well into the afternoon and mind you, its Arizona in August and we had no working AC. He changed out the part and was finished. Charging us over $700 for the part and labor. Not even two weeks went by and it stopped working again plus it had blown a fuse. I called them back to have someone come take a look. I called for 12 hours and no answer. Once I got an answer, the man said they would send someone out and no one ever came or called me. By that point I had called a different much more reliable company and they came and took very good care of us and were prompt and didn't rob us. Turns out the condenser motor we needed was a $60 part and they charged me over $700 for it and didn't even care that it stopped working. Please do NOT use this company! They are scammers and thieves! You're better off finding a more accredited and trustworthy company. I wish I could get my $700 back.

    I must say that my prior review on this company was all true up until the after care of this business. I recommend, let me rephrase that, HIGHLY recommend if you need a new ac then you seriously dig a little deeper into the company. I will never say anything bad about Jay. He’s a polite young man that seems to care about his clients. Let me tell you what happened so you are all aware of the business practices of this company. All was great till we needed our closet repaired because the guys did such a poor job when they attempted to fix it. This has been a stressful nightmare. We made every effort to contact someone to just get it fixed. Second attempt was no better. I finally hired a contractor that charged me $600.00 to repair what Continental A/C & Heating did. Although I demanded payment from them I was made to feel as though it was my fault I actually had to hire someone. To make matters worse our home is for sale. The inspector came and had no good news on the shotty work that was performed in my attic. They cut a supporting joice now requiring a contractor to come take care of it then on top of it all the last straw ... the ventilation system was never hook up so all those fumes were allowed into my home instead of out! How dare this company put my family at deaths doors. We are so blessed that the roof wasn’t blown off due to this. (Oh they also left a Clorox cleaning bottle next to the furnace) So I hope this is helpful to most that take the time to read till the end. From the beginning we have had no luck with them. Hassle every time we find something else wrong, don’t want to take responsibility for company actions, under investigation with finance company, never returns calls. If you choose to go with them I wish you good luck 🍀

    Very poor customer service, I purchased a Fujitsu a/c system from Jay , who promptly installed the system, received my payment in full, and now will not return my calls for repair of my defective system. He failed to register the purchase from the manufacturer, and will not speak to me after the sale! Run from this company!!!

    After having 2 major heart surgeries past 3 months I've noticed I've had a problem with maintaining body temperature. Tonight we discovered our air was being difficult. When I called the gentleman on the other end was such a dream. They responded quickly & worked effectively to solve our cooling needs. Thanks to Jay & his right hand man we will be sleeping a lot cooler tonight. Thank you so much for making my life a little easier 😋

    By far the best service ever, received 3 estimates and was the most competitive of all, the service received during install and after has been out of this world I even got a free uv light, just because they Arrived 20 minutes late, which they already had told be they would be. Already recommended to all my family members and friend.

    They were called in to repair a power cable to the AC unit that had been damaged by a pack rat at my mothers house. They were very slow responding, and charged over $300 to replace a fuse and repair the cable. Two days later the cable was chewed again and when the cable was checked we discovered that the repair man had used duct tape to patch the cable that had been chewed down to the bare wire. We called the company to fix the cable like they should have. The woman on the phone was belligerent and rude. The repair man never showed up for the follow on visit. DO NOT use these crooks.

    Thank you very much for the fast service my mother was without ac at 10pm last night and no company would answer there phone but Continental got to my mothers home in less than 1 hour and got it up and running in 30 min. was only the capacitor and I was expecting having to replace my ac unit already. (20 years old) thank you very much Jay.

    The men were very polite and friendly. They didn't stop until the job was finished and made sure that my a/c worked even before we paid them. They are hard workers and kept their area clean. I would definitely use their service again.

    If you ever need your AC or heater fixed don't ever consider going through this company! I have no idea how this company hasn't been on "KGUN9 on your side" for taking advantage of their customers and customers insurance. Also the females that work in the office are the definition of RUDE! I never had a lady that answers phones for a living raise her voice over my voice and speak to me like I was nobuddy and my opionon or questions had no value. I told them multiple times my downstairs AC unit was broken on the main house. (Keep in mind this is In the month of June &a July 102' and up) the ladies in the office told the Techs that our unit and issue wasn't a major concern because the unit was on our guest house, and no one stays there. Never once did the word guest house come out of our mouth.

    I can keep on going and going with this review and write down ever single issue that I had with SUPERIOR HEATING AND AIR. But I don't think there would be enough room. So to sum it up this company needs to be shut down, sued, dismanded, took over, or idk fire all the people in the office and hire people that know the meaning of customer service and the meaning of respect and honesty.

    Only positive thing I have to say and this is not directed to SHA the 4th and 5th tech that had came out to work were good honest employees. The last ones name is J. And he actually got my unit working because he knew what he was doing!

    Also if you do hire them to service your unit, make sure you receive a invoice on what they are charging you and why or what they are charging your insurance company.
