I installed a new HVAC system with Williamsons in February 2023 and they did a good job. We had a little bit of a misunderstanding regarding the unit they quoted versus the unit that they were going to install (it wasn't the same unit as quoted), but they came through a fixed that prior to installing the new unit. Always double-check to see if what you pay for is being installed! Jesse, Jim and Brandon were easy to work with and were very responsive.

When I had to replace my tenants air condition and heating I decided to set up 4 different bids. CoolWillys got my business ! MZ KELLY was My contact person with CoolWillys . I found her very professional as well as knowledgeable .
With her years of experience in the field,

Walter from Williamson's H&C did a great job replacing my noisy furnace blower motor. He also informed me that the old motor was going bad and I was able to take proactive action to get it replaced before loosing the ability to heat my home. Thank You Walter!

Solid 5 stars from beginning to end. Called to schedule two annual maintenance A/C inspections for homes in close proximity. Appointment process was quick and easily scheduled back-to-back, received a follow up reminder text and the technician Stuart was punctual. Stuart was polite, extremely professional, and knowledgeable. He checked the entire system, was completely transparent during both inspections. Explained where I may have risks in the future, checked temperatures as each vent output and emailed a complete receipt with images of every pressure reading, and component inspected showing the status of components across the entire system. A testament to a thorough review. On the second home, with a slightly older AC unit, he organized and grouped some of the wiring and included a missing safety valve cap – above and beyond. I will admit I thought these assessments were a little like rust proofing a car, and that perhaps I could shopvac the filter myself and call it a day. Nope. They do so much more than that….Stuart was a rockstar – and we will definitely recommend to others & call Cool Willy’s next year for our service. Thanks again Stuart.

I have had service agreements with Cool Willy’s Air & Plumbing (formally Williamson’s Heating & Cooling) for many years. I also purchased a new HVAC system from them which I absolutely love. I can attest to the quality-of-service Cool Willy’s provides. Walter has serviced my HVAC several times. His HVAC knowledge and skill are outstanding, as is his commitment to customer service. I am so happy Cool Willy’s now also offers plumbing services. Ray just serviced my plumbing drainage system, which included the use of a snake and a water jet with an attached camera. He even checked the plumbing vents on my roof. Ray’s plumbing knowledge and skill is outstanding and his commitment to customer service is tops, just like Walters. Bryan was phenomenal. He took the time to explain everything to me, including what he was doing and what ti look for, etc. This was the most thorough and professional experience I have had. You MUST hire this company for all things AC, heating, or plumbing.

Our A/C went out on us back in February. We got ahold of Walter Meyer at Cool Willy's, and he wasted no time taking care of our problem. He was quick to respond, courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We recommend Walter if you ever have issues with your A/C.
