Team AIR-Zona HVAC Air Conditioning & Heating

I couldn't believe it. The AC went out this afternoon. I thought for sure there was no way I was going to get someone out here today. I called Team Air-Zona, spoke with the sweetest lady. She asked where I lived and I told her in Florence, Magma Ranch to be precise. When she told me she might be able to hable to have someone out to see me within the hour I almost fell off my chair. It couldn't have been more than an hour and a 1/2 andA really nice guy named rene showed up at my door. He had my AC fixed in about an hour maybe less. It cost about half of what I was expecting. Can't say enough good things about them. They will definitely be my go to in the future.

100% will recommend. Last night dropped to 33° and our heater wouldn’t blow hot air. I called Team Air Zona based on their Google reviews… so glad I did. Dustin was at my house within 2hrs of my initial call and found the problem in less than 30 minutes. Really informative and helpful with suggestions and recommendations!

Had Jay and Robert come out to do a long over due winter service and quote me on an install for a diffuser. They were prompt and incredibly helpful. Not only did they help reroute some venting to ensure better flow of air throughout the house, they educated me on how the whole system works and the importance of yearly winter and spring service. They installed my diffuser which works AWESOME! I highly recommend getting one (Arome Homes) and getting these guys to install it. This company really has some great business ethics in keeping costs and efficiency in mind for customers. Had an incredible experience with them. They will be servicing our home and office for years to come.

It all started with the ad in the mail. The prices were too good to be true, so since I needed a new AC unit I called and talked to Tina who set up an appointment with Dustin. He came in the house and did not try to sell me but explained to me why I should not be concerned with the low prices because the unit, service and company are 5 star. I was concerned about all the add-on's, but his quote was just what the ad listed and I shopped around and knew what that unit was selling for from other company's. I called again and Tina scheduled the install and Robert T. plus Dustin (man of many hats) arrived to do the install. These two gentlemen were friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, very honest and considerate. Dustin told me what time he would be at my house and how long the job should take. Dustin's integrity and commitment to the company he works for showed with his being on time to start the job and completing it in the time he stated. I highly recommend this company for it's price , service and customer care. Already called them for another job.

Nick and Robert walked me through and explained the diagnostic procedure they performed to solve my cooling problem. They gave me several options to take to solve the problem and then clearly laid out the move ahead plan. They answered other questions I had unrelated to the original maintenance call. Due to their professionalism I decided to sign up for a 1 yr maintenance contract as well as schedule some minor work of moving thermostats and replacing one with a remote wireless one. Overall a great experience.

Cannot say enough about the service this company provides with integrity and honesty. Robert who is the tech who came for trouble shooting my issue was fantastic. .Totally great experience. Can’t ask for anything more then that. Would recommend for anyone needing a/c or heating repairs or service. They are honest do not work on commission and will tell it to u straight. I have had this company for 4 years and never once has my experience been anything other than perfect.

Called Team AIR-Zona this morning because our HVAC stopped working last night, they had a someone out in less then 2 hours. Robert Tu our technician was awesome. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and educated me on my unit. I highly recommend AIR-Zona and Robert. I am a real estate agent in the east valley and will be recommend there services to all of my clients.

We called them after 9pm, fully expecting an automated voicemail, and instead got a real, live person. Initially, we set up a time for early AM, then not 4 minutes later, she called back and said a tech could be out in 15 minutes. Robert was here even faster, super friendly and was an amazing professional. He fixed our air and had it all cleaned up within a hour. Will definitely be using them again. Amazing service!
