I was lucky enough to meet Josh when he came out to one of our properties through a home warranty claim. I was impressed with his attention to detail and knowledge of the systems,. I have since used him for multiple installs of new Trane systems, the communication and follow through is second to none. The whole crew always is respectful of the properties and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everyone is satisfied. As a realtor I am constantly asked for recommendations for trades people for peoples homes and I am 100 percent comfortable always sending them to Josh.

Josh and his team came promptly when my mother’s AC starting blowing hot air. A literal lifesaver for my elderly parents, I cannot express how much peace of mind their response and attentiveness has given us.

Josh was very helpful and has my a/c back up and running in under an hour. Definitely recommend 10/10 service.

We are so happy to have found Arizona Cooling and Heating specialist. Josh and his team were so professional, respectful, and honest. We shopped around for new AC unit installs, and as many of you know, these units are pricey. It’s an investment for comfort, and if you live in Arizona, the summers are unbearable without AC. Josh and his team are extremely knowledgeable and really listened to what I was looking for. I did not feel pressured to go with his company. He was very transparent from the beginning. They were efficient and thorough, and responded to my calls immediately. To say that I recommend this company is an understatement. If you are looking to do anything related to AC, look no further, this is your guy.

Absolutely amazing company. Had the pleasure of meeting Josh awhile ago and he has always been extremely professional. He has done work at my home multiple times and educated me on what the issues were and how he fixed them. Josh even came to the rescue twice for me… once when I was out of town and got there same day in the Arizona summer to save my roommate and my dogs from the scorching heat. The second time he showed up in an emergency later in the evening and fixed the ac units ensuring we could sleep comfortably in the house instead of getting a hotel. Highly recommend!!!

It’s hard to find honest, hardworking, companies that are not trying to make a quick dollar off of you these days, but Josh and his team at Arizona Cooling and Heating Specialists far exceeded my expectations. My AC unit failed in the heat of the Tucson summer and Josh was able to locate a new unit and have it installed within the same week on a last minute phone call. He was extremely knowledgeable about the available products and broke down the pros and cons of each unit so I could make the best decision for my particular home and budget. If you are looking for excellent customer service, craftsmanship, and value from an honest company these are your guys.

Josh is amazing! He is very professional, honest, expert in his industry, and gets the job done quickly! Our air conditioning was down on a weekend in May, very hot temp outside (and inside with my family including 2 dogs), Josh came out on a Sunday and knew exactly what the issue could be, immediately went onto the roof and fixed the issue within the hour we were starting to cool down. We highly recommend Josh and his company!

My AC went out, here in Phoenix, and I was given Josh’s info and reached out to him that same day. He came out and fixed my unit right away! He gave me a fair price, was very courteous and got everything up and working very quickly! Last summer I had a similar AC issue and got completely price gouged by a “commercial” AC company so I’m really happy I found Josh and will continue to use him in the future as well as recommend him to others!
