Kim and Manny were outstanding throughout the entire process in replacing our very tired and broken down A/C unit. The pre-inspection, the planning, execution and follow up's there after, all of it top notch professional service. Additionally they are a very knowledgeable and courteous staff, and pricing that is VERY competitive. The Veterans at our non-profit organization are very appreciative to Red Zone Air - Thank You!

We have a vacation home in Johnson Ranch and have used Red Zone several times over the last year. We needed urgent service when the AC went out 3 times and Manny arrived for service the same day. He installed a new unit in August and recently came out quickly to repair a loose wire. It is great to have a reliable company since we are out of the country for most of the year.

Manning is an amazing human being he spent an hour on the phone with us diagnosing a problem and getting it fixed. I have never in my life had that kind of customer service. Believe me I do not normally leave reviews but this man went above and beyond what someone normally would do. I will be sending everyone I know to him and will definitely be my first call if there is ever another issue. Again can't say enough about the customer service we recieved it was AMAZING!!!!!

Great experience working with Manny and Kim to get a new AC unit installed. Finding a new unit during these supply issues was the biggest issue but they kept me informed all along the way. Installation went smooth and system is running great!

A/C stopped working. Put in repair request with my home warranty company. Red Zone called me, on a Sunday, to notify me of a cancellation the next day and offered me the time slot. Repairman was polite and professional. Diagnosed and replaced the part that failed. A/C was up and running. Very happy with Red Zone service.

I really like this place they took care of my ac system problem. They guy was nice that came out and new right what was wrong with it . Now it's working great . And also thanks to Jen for getting me in someone over here as soon as she could . Because it's been hot . I was very satisfied with this company. I would used them again in the future if I have any problems. I would definitely recommend this company. You would happy at their work like I was.

We have used Red Zone Air before for AC repair and maintenance. There performance was excellent. They were always honest and never pressured us. When we decided to replace our AC and heating system, they were our obvious choice. They give the personal attention and quality service you don’t find in many of the big companies. Their prices are very fair and their attention to detail is outstanding. I would recommend them to my best friends!

Wonderful company to wok with! I had 2 emergency services for 2 tenants without AC, they shifted schedules around to assist the same day! Very communicative staff and the techs showed up on time and got the AC's working in no time. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to working with this company in the future!

Claimed he ordered the part and was waiting on it to in. Called multiple times got the same answer. Then never heard from him again. It has been more than 6 months.
Edit to say! The owner of this business Kim, is amazing! She was unaware of the problem and as soon as she saw this she was quick to rectify the problem and took care of it right away! Even took the time to come out herself and apologize in person!
