Wonderful service all around. From the initial call to the service in full. The best part was no up selling and simple answers to my questions. They made replacing my ac unit easy fast and painless. After the initial diagnostic I had cold air the next day fully installed new unit. Would give more stars if I could. Will continue to use their services and recommend them as much as I can.

Red Zone came out and gave me a second opinion. What was going to cost me over $5K for a new unit, ended up just being my thermostat- a $60 fix. They came out very quickly and on time. They spent the time to look at everything and test everything to be sure what the issue was. So grateful that I called them. Very honest and stellar customer service.

I recently had an awful experience with Manny the technician. Our heating system was not working correctly. My family and I had either woken up in the middle of the night or gotten home a few times to a 50 degree house. I knew something wasn't right. I have children and animals and I couldn't allow this to continue. So I called Manny.. he came out and stated the only thing he could see wrong with the unit was a small leak. So he said he fixed it and that it should be fine. I expressed my concern of waking up again to a freezing home and he said "well.. I can only fix what I see wrong with it and I fixed the leak so that could of been the issue" I said who am I to call when this happens again...? My home warranty or you.. Manny said "you can call me for the next 30 days" I said ok... so when I wake up at 2am to a 50 degree home are you going to come out and try and catch the "problem" ? Manny stated "no.. I probably won't answer my phone" which was very true. I called the following morning and no answer no call back.. nothing. I woke up at 2am to a 51 degree home... I was nice about it.. I didn't call at 2am... I called at 7am. I literally attempted to warm my house with our oven. Our heater was blowing cold air... consistently. Manny never returned my call. I called another company the same day who came out that afternoon and repaired the fan. The fan was completely out. So thank you Manny... I appreciate your dedication to the families you tend to. You should get more training and take your job a bit more serious. The way you left us and stated "our unit was fine" was wrong. It was far from fine. I hope your family never has to experience something similar. It's not cool. Awful business and I would NOT recommend using this company!

I would recommend Red Zone to anyone looking to purchase a new HVAC and also for annual maintenance. I found them professional and honest when assessing my HVAC system. They do not pressure customers into replacing units and they fully evaluate your home for the best options for a new system. Response time was timely, they were punctual to appointments, and my new install ran smoothly. I am recommending them to my friends and family.

When our A/C stopped working in the middle of the night, I called Red Zone. They were at my house within the hour! They have reasonable prices and they do a great job! I will never use anyone else when I'm having issues with my A/C and use them every year to get my system checked out before summer hits. I highly recommend this company.

This company is the whole package! They were timely, honest, reliable, did good work and were thorough. I couldn't ask for more. Red Zone C/H was JUST what I needed to keep calm. My questions were completely answered. I did not feel like I was a bother at all, which is so nice when you're already having a certain kind of day. I would and will recommend this company/staff 100 times over!

The AC technician Kim was great and thorough. Kim arrived quickly and got me up and running in good time. They are a great family owned business that gave exceptional service at a perfect price.
